Overview
The Picasso Rhino Ned Head gives a stand-up presentation to your plastic when a finesse technique such as the popular Ned Rig is just the ticket to trigger a bite. Ideal for highly pressured waters or when the bite gets tough and the fish are finicky. Featuring a “Rhino horn” that not only protects your soft plastic from being pulled down, it is also designed to slide easily through a fish’s mouth for quick hook penetration.
The weight-forward design allows the bait to stand and creates a unique action that fish find irresistible. The hook eye is constricted to prevent the knot from slipping down the eye of the hook, preventing fray and maintaining the optimal line angle. Equipped with a super-sharp 2X-strong Gamakatsu hook, as well as, a round wire bait keeper for easy rigging and minimal damage to your soft plastics. The Picasso Rhino Ned Head is made from hard Pro Metal lead alloy for extra sensitivity, and finished with a chip-resistant Duraseal coating. Available in multiple hook options to perfectly match your soft plastic worm. Made in the USA.

Comments: The hook on these is exactly what I was looking for (very stout for a Ned head), but I was a little disappointed in the weedguard. They might as well not even put a weedguard on it. It's just way too soft. I would prefer a stiffer, fiber weedguard that I can flex or trim to get the stiffness I need. A little fine tuning and these would be fantastic jig heads, but I don't plan on buying any more the way they currently are. I would highly recommend other Picasso and Aaron Martens products, just not crazy about these.

Comments: Try this Aaron Martens Rhino Ned Head specifically with the Robo Ned Worm 3" version in 1/16th oz. 1/0 Rhino Ned Head size to start ... It's a deadly combination for bass , so don't let Aaron be the only one who has discovered the Rhino Ned Head + Robo Ned Worm connection !
