Comments: I have Power Pro Spectra on all of my spinning reels, which has all but ended my wind knot/twisted line issues. I was eager to try the Super8Slick V2 since it promised longer casts; longer is always better. Unfortunately, the V2 is not as good with line twist. I've had to cut/splice out several horrendous wind knots since putting it on, and I won't be buying any more for those reels. Maybe on the baitcasters.

Comments: My go to braid! It's very quiet on the guides unlike 4 strand braid. It's almost as quiet as mono. It's a lot more silent than Sufix 832 8 strand braid also. Very abrasion resistant! I won't buy any other braid after using it. I have it in 10lb, 15lb, and 30lb. Good stuff! Worth the money

Comments: Love this stuff... no color fade... great strength and works great with a floor leader.

Comments: I had some 15lb I got on sale, and decided to put it on a Tatula SV to use with a new ML casting rod. My plan was to fish light moving baits, and grubs on ball head jigs. I used mono backing, to two casts worth of SS V2 on top.
This line casts great, and is very sensitive! I caught multiple 3lb bass and lots of smaller bass too, and never experienced any digging in of the line. It's also a very quiet line when casting. Leader knots hold well.
I going to try some 30lb for my jig rod next. I was surprised that such a thin braid worked so well on a casting setup.

Comments: It's slick & it's smooth! I picked up the 30 lb in Aqua Green. In my opinion it's the best braid I have ever used. I've used standard power pro for years and Sufix 832 in all sizes from 10 lb to 65 lb and this stuff is super smooth. With standard power pro you can always kind of feel the strands of the braid, not with V2. I haven't had any issues with fraying or breakage. Because of its smoothness it will backlash however if you do not adjust your tension. Honestly I do get an extra probably 5 yards (15-20 feet) of casting distance with V2 Super slick over standard power pro. I'll be switching to this on all my reels.

Comments: Smooth and quiet. Got the 40lb spooled up on my Bantam and it casts like a dream with no rubbing sound on the retrieve. After a month and maybe a dozen hours on the water it's still pretty bright and seems strong. Some people said it was fraying after 2 weeks, I haven't noticed that. Although I was undoing a small tangle and used my fingernail to get into a tight spot and did fray it a bit when pulling on it with two fingernails, but that's kind of to be expected. It's smooth enough that getting backlashes out is easy, but I don't find that it backlashes excessively. I tie it to a long 14lb Sunline Sniper fluoro leader for all applications except topwater, and the lines pair quite nicely. I will continue to use it until it gives me a reason not to!
