Surgical toolThis rod is surprisingly powerful for being a ML. I tried fishing it like my 821NRR and I was ripping fish through the air. I feel it fishes like a mag medium in power. The grip and handle took some getting used to but I might actually like it more than the split cork on my NRX+ rods. The Fuji seat has more of a "pinch" type grip to it. I like it. The guides are silky smooth and small bait under 1/4 oz still launches off this rod. The tip is ex fast and the rod is ELECTRIC sensitive. Casts a mile, has tons of power. What else more could you want?
