Comments: Still one of the best jerkbaits of all-time, period. The Perch and Silver patterns being the only two anyone would ever need (a dab of chartreuse for Smallmouth can be the deal). I use the deep in 10 plus feet of water, and the standard Husky in 10 feet and shallower. I've even drawn Spotted, Smallmouth, and Largemouth bass up from 30 plus feet of water on Ozark lakes to hit the standard version. On a very long cast with 8lb fluorocarbon, I can get the deep version to hit bottom in 17-18 feet of water. This lure truly comes alive in ice-out conditions, as I've had great days in 36 degree water.
