Overview
Reaction Innovations' Swamp Donkeys may be the best designed hollow bodied frog bait on the market today.Countless hours have been spent on design and testing of the Swamp Donkey and EVERY aspect of the bait has been reviewed and tested. This relentless attention to detail has resulted in an all new double hook made exclusively for Reaction Innovations. This hook features turned-up points for more positive hookups and for keeping the points from digging into the body of the bait (a real problem with other baits), greatly increasing your hookup ratio. The body design of the Swamp Donkey is longer and narrower than other similar baits, giving a better walking action in open water and increasing the ability to come across heavy cover. The nose of the Donkey will not slip back down the hook like other hollow bodied baits, and the material is very soft but extremely durable, so they will rarely tear.Attention to detail and innovative design sets this bait apart.

Comments: Good walking and hookups. Weight flew out on a cast after about 10 fish.

Comments: Literally the exact same as the Teckel frogs, for like half the price. The color pearl white is also the exact same in both brands.

Comments: This bait is AWESOME the first time I used I got 7 blowups and the hookup ratio is phenomenal

Comments: The profile is the same as the Teckel Frog. So if you aren't willing to pay that price then this frog is for you. The hook up ratio out of package is great no need to bend hooks up but always double check. I own 2 of these frogs never had a problem with them. I caught some 4-5lb largemouth and 10+ pounds snakeheads on the same frog and it is still kicking.

Comments: Bought three of these frogs, loved the action, caught several fish. Part I didn't like was the fact that the weight in the belly falls out after one use. Tried to contact the company but no response. Will not buy again. Sadly this is one of the best action frogs I have used, but quality is lacking.

Comments: I rarely fish frogs, so I am no authority. That said, to me this is a good frog. It does seem softer than many and is definitely narrower, at least at the nose of the bait. I'm not sure it walks easier than others, but it does have a good action to it. My only complaint is that Reaction Innovations has had long known problems with keeping things in stock. Not sure why. These are obviously legendary lures that were brought back due to their history, but this company clearly has something going on that is getting in the way of producing the best possible products for a demanding market.

Comments: Absolutely love this frog. Probably over took SPRO as my favorite. Just be sure to put some superglue in the weight. And to take some pliers and squeeze down on the eye where you tie your hook. Worst thing about these, is they are NEVER in stock and the date keeps getting pushed back. Hematoma color is MONEY!!

Comments: Decent frog but bad hooks. I've bent out the hooks on everyone I've bought. Also have problems with the weight coming unglued from the frog.

Comments: Interesting frog, it's narrower than all the other frogs I have. Not the softest body by far, but the hooks seem like (with a propper hook set) they'd get hold of the fish. The legs have not melted on me yet so I have high hopes. Does a great job not filling with water. I do like my KVD and Spro frogs better, but if I need a kicker fish. This is my go to. 4/5 Stars

Comments:I have tried quite a few frogs and feel like this is the best. The hooks are strong and sharp, they have great colors, and the body is soft enough to compress when the hook is set. What more could I ask for?

Comments:Ordered a Black Swamp Donkey and used it once. While it sat in my tackle box over the next couple of months the legs melted together. I never had this occur with ANY baits in my tackle containers. Very disappointed as I never really got to use the bait and now I have a frog bait with no legs.
