Bang for the buck masterpieceAt $120, this is a great rod. As soon as it's on sale and it's sub $100 it is the best rod. I have the 7' Medium fast action paired with a JDM SLX XT DC and it's absolutely one of the best do all combos you can throw. I have thrown flipping jigs, rooster tails (3/8oz), chatter baits, jerk baits, weighted texas rigged flukes, ned rigs, and some square bills and it's just a work horse. If you want one good rod to do a bit of everything instead of taking 3 or different rods... this can work for that.
Low cost high quality technique rodFish from a Nucanoe Pursuit kayak and limit myself to 4 rods. As such my rods usually are multi function. I bought the 7ft medium fast for cranks, small swimbaits, jerk baits, and treble hook top waters. It replaced a Piscifun Elite I bought that was overall a decent rod. The reel seat is amazing, great grips, and the action is really nice. One of the better under $100 rods I have purchased from any brand.
