Comments: First of all I must state that i use a lot of Santone products, spinnerbaits, shakey heads and terminal tackle. With that said the quality has always been great. I purchased the Zaldain under spin and was disappointed, the lead around the eye of the hook was chipped and the Head was loose enough to rock back and forth. I contacted Santone and sent pictures and explained it was this way upon opening and that i wanted to get a replacement. No questions asked another one sent and to my surprise not only did I receive the replacement but the entire line of Zaldain under spins. They have a consumer for life! Great customer service and they went above and beyond what was expected. Take care of people and they will take care of you! Thank you Santone! As for the under spin i will give an update on how they preform shortly.
