Overview
Delivering all the same great qualities and fish catching abilities of the original 4D Pulsetail Trout, the Savage Gear 6” Pulsetail Trout RTF Swimbait is equipped with a top hook configuration for anglers who want to fish with a fixed jig hook. It features a game-changing Pulse Tail design that delivers a subtle, ultra-realistic action, that can be fishing at slow, medium, and even high speeds with a tail-thumping motion. An innovative slot is also incorporated into the top of the tail so the angler can modify their swimbait with scent or a rattle to further tempt any unconvinced trophy lunkers into tasting your trout. Savage Gear applied the same attention to detail that they did in the tail to the rest of the body. With its incredibly life-like body profile and colors, the bass in your lake simply won’t be able to ignore it.
On the top of the bait, the Savage Gear 6” Pulsetail Trout RTF Swimbait features a heavy-duty jig hook for rock solid hook sets. It also features a split dorsal design with a heavy-duty treble hook secured with steel cable to an anchor point behind the jig hook to minimize hardware exposure for a more natural presentation to fool the weariest of fish. Available in a variety of ultra-realistic photoprint colors, the Savage Gear 6” Pulsetail Trout RTF Swimbait looks and swims like the real thing, making it an exceptional tool for trophy anglers in any body of water.

Comments: Finally go to take it to the lake today after ordering about a month ago. Dont know if i got a bad one or what but the tail had no action whatsoever. although it does look like a tiny trout

Comments: Good starter swimbait. Action is good and smooth. Fishing it slowly on the bottom is the best technique. Seems to be durable so far. If the head will get chewed up fish it on the bottom.

Comments: Awesome bait especially for the price point. As good, if not better than, the expensive baits. So natural and big bass can't resist the action.

Comments: The pulse tail is a Great bait for when your looking for a bigger profile. It has super sticky Sharp hooks that help landing them bigger fish. Over all a good bait if you're starting out on throwing the big swim baits.

Comments: This bait will get chewed if you give it time and throwing in the right areas, the tail has a tight pulsing action and the baits hold up well I have fished the other swimbaits in there line up and the all are good but if you looking for another tool to add to your box this is one your gonna want snatch

Comments: So this is a very good swimbaits has a very good action, it's durable, and for a swimbait it's cheap but the paint on the head will start to come off if you slow roll it on the bottom but besides that, it's an awesome swimbait.

Comments: Solid feel and cast great. Looks good in the water has a tighter kick then a Huddleston lineup

Comments: These swimbaits are great. Less action than a hudd when creeping bottom but definitely gets bit. I bent out the jig hook on a 12lb hybrid striped bass but the trailer hook kept him pinned. I've had good success on these for bass, walleye and hybrids.

Comments: Great action caught a 4.5 lb skipping this under a dock. That trailer hook is great wouldn't have caught the fish without it. durability is top notch as well.

Comments: These things get chewed! Hook-up is great with just the standard top hook. Swims fine slow or fast. Oh yeah...and bass seem to love that funky scent the SG uses.
