Comments: Very great bait awesome swim action. Won't buy again unless they figure out how they can get replacement tails for them. Best off getting a G-RATT swimbait because they have replacement tails for them. If they make replacement tails for savage gear 4 play 2.0 I'll buy again.

Comments: Really good action. No wrong way to work it. Glide it, twitch it, straight retrieve. Slow sinking so it comes over shallow weeds nicely and you can pause it. Lost a tail but its still useable. This bait made me confident throwing large swimbaits. I bought 4.

Comments: A bait with amazing versatility that just gets better the more you fish it. It may look great on a straight retrieve but this is a seriously good tool for anglers who like to impart their own action into a bait. With proper timing you can get this to achieve the most incredible panicked action you could ask for in a hard bait for triggering eats long distances from the boat. The tail doesn't last long if you're after esox, but it doesn't impact the fishability at all without it and in fact I have found that it may enhance the ability to animate the lure more yourself for twitching. Change hooks on the 200 to a med-heavy 2/0 for the best glide on the pauses.

Comments: I must have the wrong line or retrieve: I'm getting my line caught in the front hook on virtually every cast, during the stop turn. Never had a bait get hung up so frequently. Love the action but I can't keep it untangled.

Comments: The 135 (5inch) size is very hard to cast. It twirls in the air, and you rarely get more than 70 feet casts with it. Due to the difficulty in casting, this the 4 Play 2.0 will not make it into my arsenal. This is unfortunate because it has great action. Savage Gear, if you make this swimbait cast similar to Sebile Magic Swimmer, I think you'd have a big winner on your hands.

Comments: Definitely change your hooks. And by the way, the rear hook on the unit I got was 180 degrees from what it should be and interfering with the action big'time. 1st cast and it was swimming like a wet hot dog bun.

Comments: Very good bait caught plenty of big bass and few striped bass off it BUT throwing these in currents is like working in a topwater lure (slow sinks) they should make a heavier and faster sinking model

Comments: I got the 165 but wish I had the 200. Somewhere in the 15-18 flouro range would be best. I threw it on 25# flouro and the line overpowered the bait. so put it on my light jig rod and it moved alot better. Like a jerkbait you can twitch it around, doesn't glide slowly and wide but it's a differen't quick twitch look. Pike here in MN like it.

Comments: I got the 200 in golden ambulance from over seas, they are a pretty generic shape, but as I've found with savage gear lures, it swims as advertised, reel fast then pause and it whips around staring at what's behind it. Burn it, slow roll it, it swims right.
