Coming in two sizes and sporting an incredibly wide glide that attracts bass from a great distance, the Savage Gear Scandal Glide Bait delivers technical features and the strength to withstand hardcore trophy chasing. Meticulously engineered for an impressively fluid action without blowing out, the Scandal Glide Bait is built with a deep channel down both sides and a cross-tail design that combines to add momentum and stability while allowing the bait to hang precisely in the strike zone after each glide. Designed to be "slow-floating" out of the package, the Scandal will slowly sink after it absorbs enough water and has an open gill design enabling the bait to thoroughly drain after each presentation. Additionally, the tail comes equipped with integrated holes that allow anglers to squeeze water out to make the bait ride higher in the water column.
Crafted using special Twin Skin construction consisting of a rugged plastic body with an outer skin, the Scandal boasts a highly realistic, labor-intensive multilayered finish that takes nearly an hour to complete per bait. Outfitted with sturdy body hinges and split rings, a carbon-steel snap line tie, rotating hook hangers, and a set of both feathered and non-feathered treble hooks, the Scandal comes fully dressed with high-quality components.
