They also feature a line-thru hook system, which allows the bait to slide up the line once a fish is hooked to eliminate leverage for the fish to throw the hook and get free. Comments: Love Scottsboros cause they catch fish but a 10 lbs striper ate this line through on my second cast with it and the weight pushed out the end of the nose and it was no longer useable. I was disappointed in the durability for a 12 dollar bait. I'll stick with the regular Scottsboro's.
