At the core of the Insurgence rods lies Hi-Power X technology, a diagonally wrapped carbon tape structure of "X" patterns along the blank's outer layer that controls twist and boosts strength without adding weight, delivering noticeably crisper actions.
To elevate sensitivity even further, Insurgence Spinning rear grips feature Carbon Monocoque construction, replacing traditional EVA or cork with a hollow carbon structure that transmits vibration directly to the angler's hand. Built for the technical inshore angler, the Shimano Insurgence Spinning Rods incorporate Ci4+ reel seats to create an ultra-sensitive contact point that provides a seamless connection between rod and reel.
