Constructed with a waterproof 2-layer Toray 100% nylon 70D with C0 DWR water-repellent finish, the Challenger Insulated Bibs feature fully taped seams to seal out moisture along with warm PrimaLoft Rise insulation lined with moisture-wicking polyester taffeta. For added durability, abrasion panels are located at high-wear areas on the back seat, knees, and bottom cuffs.

Sporting a YKK Vislon front zipper closure with protective waterproof storm flap, the Challenger Insulated Bibs also come fitted with handwarmer pockets and a zippered pocket on the chest, Velcro thigh pockets with a reinforced plier sheath, and wide belt loops with a kill switch D-ring. Allowing for easy on/off and plenty of comfort, there's also thigh-high leg zippers, Velcro closures at the leg hems, and adjustable shoulder straps that include a comfortable air-mesh harness and high back panel for increased coverage.
