Best bait ever.Great service, even better bait.
hybrid hunterPurchased 2 of them. One of them is working fine, the other's bill broke after a short time fishing. May have hit a rock at the wrong angle. Expected a little more.
Secret killerThis bait tracks like any other crankbait which draws strikes from finicky fish. When fishing gets tough the hybrid hunter shines.
Great lure, a must haveI was late to the game on the hybrid hunter and now part of my arsenal. Great action, and can be fished at various speeds. One of the few lures that I don’t lose along the rip rap and bounces off of structure well. Hooks are super strong as well and no need to replace the components. This is evidenced by the 20 pound flathead I caught while bass fishing and no issue with the hooks whatsoever.
Good and BadThe lures I had ran well and had a good action. My use case was burning and pausing over shallow grass for smallmouth.
I caught about 5-6 smaller bass on this lure and then burned/paused it in a weedy canal and landed a 5.33Lb smallmouth.
Within a few casts into the middle of the canal after that only the bill came back attached to the line. The lip had snapped off and I lost the rest of the lure in some poor fish's face.
Not happyI bought 6 of these baits.
I have used 3 of them and I have had to tune the baits on every one. They run to the right and to the left. The Chinese must not check them.

The Hunter JrI truly believe in the hunter jr it is the best crank bait for grass and weed lakes. Caching lots of bass with this bait.
Great shallow water bait.Runs great on a fast retrieve and “hunts” whenever it’s snapped or bumps into structure.

Hybrid HunterIt's amazing the things this bait can come through without getting hung. I mostly fish a swallow lake and this makes an excellent search bait.
Hybrid Hunter JrGreat unique bait. It's a "tweener" between a true square bill and a vibrating jig. Works well over weeds that are 2' from the surface. If you're looking for a square bill type bait that runs about 2' this is it. Also bounces off logs like a square bill would and very buoyant. Issues- Although still a decent size, the JR is sometimes a challenge casting into wind. Also I've found that almost all of them need to be tuned out of the package. Couple adjustments and you're good to go.
Hybrid hunters a must haveHydrilla killa, it's all I gotta say well besides be ready for a fun day on the water ripping those blacks out of the grass.
Great in grassThis bait is amazing around grass. For me, the jr. version gets more bites than the full size, but it still catches big ones.
Swimming actionI love the way it swims just below the surface of the water great action.
Best lures everIf you live in where there is hydrilla in your lake, then you are getting one of the best lures for plowing thru and over hydrilla, the larger size is better for this but the smaller version also does a decent job..I do not have a brush lake where there is brush on the bank but I’m banking on it will work there too. I have the hybrid hunter tied on all the time, works great in Florida..love it.
hybrid madnessif you don't have some of these, you are losing out already, one of my favorite go to baits.
4 Wheel Drive of HydrillaThis bait was made for grass! Other baits like to dig into the hydrilla while the Hybrid Hunter bounces around the top of the grass. I’ve not used it enough to know how it does it, but all I know is that it comes through hydrilla better than any other Crankbait that I’ve used. I would like to have a little bigger hook on it, but not sure if that will change the action on it.
Hybrid HunterUsed it the day after I got it. First cast, caught one that wasn't big but I was catching them left and right for the next 2 hours. It was good day. Love this bait!!
Awesome versatile lure!Everyone knows how great these are in grass but I was blown away how awesome they go through wood! They go through lay downs as good as any square bill on the market, I have thrown them in super thick lay downs and it comes right out! Try it you will be shocked!
CrankbaitSolid bait good for shallow areas.
1st time using this baitUsed this Hybrid Hunter Jr. 1st time on Lake Erie end of September, bait worked great within the 1st few cast I caught one on it and many after that one, swims very well, great bait for what it is designed for. Tough time of year when I was there, only fished the Harbors and the bay. Didn’t get any huge ones, but very happy with the bait.
Comes through wood and weeds really wellComes through wood and weeds really well. Casts well, and catches fish great. First time using it, I caught 6 bass.
It's now my go to crank when there's weeds around.
Great ActionThis Crank Bait rips through the weeds and has great action. I use it Down in Florida and it works great for those stubborn lazy big Bass.
Look and swim goodThe bait looks good and swims well. That's about it for me because I haven't got any fish yet on this bait.

Comments: I've caught more fish on this bait than any other. The paint wears but not any more than others. The treble hooks aren't the best, I've had one break and I destroyed the oring but not on bass it was on a Bowfin. I fish this in 6-8 feet of water along the weed edges and it catches fish. One of the best crank baits I own. I use Pearl dives 4-6 foot 2.5 inches length. They hit it sitting or right at the start the rattle and wide wobble trigger the strikes.

Comments: Got this bait in and wanted to say a couple of things. The stock hooks on these are sharp but ridiculously small, it came with a size 4 and 6 treble out of the box. The split rings aren't the best either so I swapped them out. The paint was chipped out of the box. It is smaller than advertised at 2.5 inches which I expected anyways (and why I bought it) but does have a good knock to it and a tight action as well. That said, I still so far prefer the 6th Sense Swank. The Swank has better and more paint options, comes with better stock hardware, same action, and has a knocking/rattling sound and is worth the extra dollar. Also, 6th Sense had theirs out for several years before SK popularized this bait after buying the molds from Strike Pro a couple of years ago

Comments: Has a solid place in my tackle box. Comes through cover so well, straight through laydowns without getting hung up, comes through grass easy and the hooks are sticky. It's not my go-to crankbait around rocks though. Overall I would recommend it.

Comments: This crankbait is super versatile. You can fish this bait around rocks and wood but it excels around grass flats. You can crank it over the tops of the grass and rip it through thicker patches to draw in some aggressive strikes. The bait also performs really well around rocky drop offs and points when bass are feeding on bait fish. TylersReelFishing does some really good videos on this bait if you want further info and tips on how to fish it.

Comments: Finally got to put this bait to the test. The hype about how this bait comes through and over grass is not hype, it does this like no other crank I have ever used. Before I tried it, I was catching fish over a line of thick weeds...the standard crank couldn't ever get by that line, so I was only fishing the first few feet of each cast. Switched to this and I didn't even have to hold the rod high to keep it over the thick weeds, making each cast more effective....and the fish really seemed to like it. Now to my lone complaint...for its size, it's just too light...it doesn't weigh the 1/2oz claimed on the box, its closer to 3/8, this did decrease my casting distance when compared to the standard squarebill, not only did it not cast as far, but the lack of wight also made my casts less accurate....where I can drop the 1/2-5/8 oz cranks in any small spot I wanted, for this bait I was aiming more for a general area....for a lure of such good size, it would be really nice if it had more weight. Stilll a great niche shallow crank and one I am happy to have found.

Comments: This hardbait flat out catches them if they are shallow. The hunting action and ease of use is amazing. I have landed several good bass and also hybrids with this bait. Cast and medium retrieve with several twitch in between seems to work the best! I have about seven in my boat and one is always tied on! Tight lines
