Nice size, fits my hand well, great cutting action on all line types.
Good intro shears for light braidI normally fish with 2-4 lb mono and fluoro, for which this shears is good but overkill, too large and clunky. But I'm experimenting with light braid, 8 lb, and I needed some way to cut it cleanly. This product is good for that, although sometimes still needs some line tension for a clean braid cut. I don't know how it would do with heavy braided line, or how long it will stay sharp. But adequate for me for now. The included plastic sheath is cute but useless for me since it's hard to get the shears in and out of it.

Comments: I tried a pair of these last Summer and they worked great on braid. If you have trouble cutting braid, try a pair of these. I was so impressed that I bought 10 pairs as Christmas gifts.

Comments: These scissors do exactly what they are supposed to do. I noticed after the second trip out on the yak in fresh water, they were a tiny bit sticky with rust beginning to form. WD-40 solved it as fast as I noticed it. The holster is awesome as you can store it comfortably anywhere and the scissors click securely into place. Would not recommend for salt water.
