Comments: Look guys I'm not sponsored by any of the bait companies so I have a lot of different manufacturers. Not even the kVD 1.5 catches bass like the SERIES 3. This crankbait and the 3XD OUT CATCHES all other crankbaits.

Comments: When I decided to figure the whole crank bait fishing out, I started with the KVD 1.5 and moved into this model. This crankbait has changed my way of fishing completely and its become the #1 bait I use everywhere I go. I've caught bass with this model on lakes and rivers, around wood, rocks, docks and vegetation. The first bass I caught on one of these was 5 lbs and i never looked back. I recommend this lure to anyone who is starting to fish crankbaits. Just wish TW sold this model in the Green Craw like they do in the 3X.

Comments: The reason for no other reviews for such a workhorse crank must be that everyone already knows the value of this staple for bass in the 4-8ft. range. I think it ranks with the Bandit 200 and the Storm Wart as a lure bass hunters can count on to get a few good bass to step up even when they didn't want to leave that secure laydown or big boulder. The new colors like Chart. Perch, Neon Gill, or Yellow Perch are eye catching not only for fishermen. I like the way it bumps along the rocks in 3-4ft. of water with very few hangups and its busy "hunting" action. It's a classic. So, go ahead, add your favorite story about the one that DIDN'T get away on this "go-to" crank. I just picked up another nice, but reluctant bass today that just couldn't resist my old chart. Series 3.
