Built to give anglers a gizzard shad profile big bait at an affordable price, the Toad Thumper Sway Glide Bait delivers a smooth side-to-side swim that’s designed to be reeled slowly with an occasional half hitch during the retrieve. Featuring a specific sink rate that adds depth versatility, the Sway Glide can be worked just beneath the surface rod tip-up with a fast retrieve, or down to 6-8ft with a slower tip-down retrieve for forward-facing sonar applications.

Available in a variety of shad, gizzard, and baitfish-inspired colorways, each glidebait is finished with vibrant 3D eyes, realistic scaling, and a soft yet durable elastomer tail that delivers smooth and fluid swimming action. Equipped with the highest quality components and two ultra-sharp BKK treble hooks, the Toad Thumper Sway Glide Bait includes rotating swivels that increase landing ratios by reducing the leverage a big fish could gain by locking up the split rings and hooks.

baitOverall a great bait for bass on the bed. I've caught several good sized fish, including a bass weighing 6.24 lbs, and a couple of other really good sized bass. but overall a great bait to have in your tackle box.

Disappointing actionThe gliding action disappointed me. Other than that it’s a good budget bait. It has a lot of body roll. I’m more of an s waver guy for this price range.

Pretty good budget glide!For the money, this thing has some of the smoothest action out of any other glide bait in it's price range. Very fluid movement and not as mechanical as other cheaper baits. Sinks a little faster than your average slow sink glide bait, hooks are strong but a little small, still plenty sharp though. Holds a consistent depth well. Doesn't like to be twitched, only fished steady with a half turn here and there. No replacement tail in the package like other baits. Also helicopters on the cast more times than not but that's what this shape of bait does. Fish really like this bait too, took it out the packaging, fished it the next day and stuck a 5 pounder. A week later got 2 more over 5 on it but no smaller fish which is exactly what you want throwing a big bait. If you fish a gizzard shad lake, pick up two of these and get to throwing them, you'll be glad you did.
