Comments: Very sharp, hooks do not bend either, good buy for the price I use them on spoons and top water lures the most #5 hook is the one I recommend for most lures.

Comments: I just bought 20 boxes of Trappers. The company was a flash in the pan. The hooks are fine. I like the odd bends. lol.. As for their strength..I've not fished enough with them to notice anything. If I lose a good fish from the 'bad hooks', I'll maybe change them out. Until then..i'll keep my Trapper hooks.

Comments: I am hooked on Trapper replacement treble hooks. These hooks are forged for strength and are sharp enough to handle all bass species. Great choice for spybaits, jerkbaits, and crankbaits !

Comments: This company is out of business. I'm not familiar with the reason why but these hooks are not good. On the size 8 hooks the steel is very brittle which is likely due to bad heat treatment and its design. Hooks should bend, not break. These hooks are weak at the squared bend below the barb, which will cause them to snap off if they receive too much shock. Obviously, this is a huge problem so it is good that these will be the last of this defective product to be sold.

Comments: Two more boxes of Trappers. I love these and hope to buy at least two boxes of each size. I hate to see they are not something that's staying around but I Love them. Get good with split ring pliers and get some Owner split rings and your set.

Comments: Wow what a find ! These are great replacement treble hooks for the tiny Lucky Craft 0.3 ( size 10 ), 0.5 ( size 8), and 0.7 ( size 8 ). Stronger than the stock hooks that came on the lure makes a real difference when reeling in largemouth, and spotted bass on light tackle. Trapper treble hooks are simply the best. Good Fishing !

Comments: I've bought several sets of Trapper Hooks and switched over several lures. I'm glad you guys have plenty of all sizes. These are GOLD!! I plan on switching every lure I own with Trappers. Im getting good with split-ring pliers! And at 63 my eyes are not too sharp. Switch to Trappers and don't lose a fish again!

Comments: Great for replacing stock hooks on jerkbaits. The number 5 shines in most cases, because it is a size between 6 & 4. The penetrating and holding power is unreel. Carry some needle nose pliers to remove the hook from the fishes mouth. Sometimes this is hard when the hooks' design slot holds tight. It's a good thing, no more thrown hooks!

Comments: The trebles were not high on my priority as I dont fish a lot of Crankbaits. Once I tried them man they increased my hook ratio by at least 50%. They are worth a try and I promise you will not be disappointed. All my crankbaits are getting Trapper hooks on them!

Comments: After being surprised with my success with the worm hooks I tried out the new Trapper treble hooks. I was again please try supprised how my landing ratio significantly increased when using these Trebles. Just like the worm hooks the fish get locked into the Trapper box when they get hooked and it is nearly impossible for them to throw the hook once they are trapped. With normal treble hooks I would constantly loose fish because they would shake loose causing me to have almost no confidence in any bait with a treble hook. Now that I'm using these Trapper treble hooks a lipless crankbait has now become my go to bait because I know if I can get them to bite they are coming on my boat. Highly recommend that you try them and switch out all of your treble hooks with Trapper treble hooks.

Comments: I ordered the Trapper Round bend treble hooks #2 to replace the standard Mustad short shank #2's that come standard on my Bass Craft crankbaits. I was optimistic that these hooks might be too big and they would get caught on the bill or the line. To my pleasant surprise the hooks were absolutely perfect I can't wait to try them out next time I hit the water. I would definitely recommend just going with the standard size you're bait that requires the treble hooks comes with.
