Featuring a rod that’s 30% lighter than a comparable Ugly Stik GX2 model, the Ugly Stik Carbon Inshore Pursuit 2-Piece Spinning Combo delivers extreme durability and dependability while allowing for easy transportation in the trunk of a car or anywhere else with limited space. Built on a 100% graphite 24-Ton blank with an ultra-sensitive solid tip, the Ugly Stik Carbon Inshore rod is adorned with one-piece stainless steel guides, making damaged or popped-out inserts a thing of the past. Additionally, the Carbon Inshore utilizes a cork foregrip, shrink tube rear handle, and proven Fuji reel seat for all-day casting and fish-fighting comfort.

A rugged workhorse for guides or recreational anglers, the included Penn Pursuit IV reel is armed with a corrosion-resistant body, instant anti-reverse for authoritative hooksets, four sealed stainless steel bearings, and a unique Superline Spool allowing easy attachment of your favorite braided line. When that prized snook or striper is finally hooked up, the smooth line flow produced by Penn’s HT-100 carbon-fiber drag system protects light lines, helping bring your catch to hand.
