VMC Crossover RingHolds onto the worm better than the traditional O ring resulting in less bait loss. Positions the hook better when wacky rigging. Ten rings lasts a long time.

Great InventionGlad VMC finally came up with a clear ring that hooks crossways and longways on a stick bait. They work great I prefer #5 for senko”s.

Crossover ringsThese work great. Neko or wacky, way better than o rings. Just be sure and get the right size. Removing hook from ring can be a little difficult.

Not so impressiveI thought these were going to be an awesome answer to my cross hooking Senkos but they also tear when hooking sometimes or on a cast. The O ring is great and holds tight

Part of my favorite Wacky Rig set upThe VMC Crossover rings are awesome paired with a VMC weedless wacky hook 1/0-2/0. I like to rig it with an upside down 1/4 bullet weight and bobber stop to add faster action to my Senko. I’ve never lost a bass with this set up and I’ve only snagged a couple of times- (setting the hook on bass that turned out to be logs) haha

All in All - Good ProductI have adopted these rings for wacky style and neko style worm rigging. I like the way they present the worms. Wacky style is very effective in holding on to the worm without damage. Neko rigging, well if you set the hook hard you can pull the ring off of a "juiced up" worm. Do you need to set the hook that hard, No. Old habits die hard so this issue is more "operator error" than product failure. All in All - I will continue to use and try to retrain this old dog to ease up on hooksets. They do make better hooks today.

Really makes your wacky baits lastAs the title says, really makes your senko style wacky baits last. I think the first time I used it I caught 8 bass on a single gambler fat ace. Eventually, any bait is going to get ruined but it really saves money.

Extends the life, and action of your baits.I live on a lake in Mid Georgia. We are only a large mouth lake. I fish a lot of Sencos all year long. These not only save my budget, but increase the alction of my baits as well. I am 70 and on a fixed income. These really help. I can get 5 to 6 fish on one bait. Works great with the grandkids as well.

CB3VMC rings are great for using either hook angle and easier to use than O-rings. However, once a bass is caught, usually the VMC ring goes up the line and it cannot be threaded back down onto the hook because the hook loop will not go back into the VMC ring hole.

Great Innovation!I have used the VMC Crossover Rings for a couple of years now and absolutely love them. What I love is the 90-degree to the worm setting/holes. I used to use the Wacky rings everyone uses and enjoyed not sacrificing a Senko with every bite. What the Crossover Rings have done for me has not only allowed me to use the same Senko for multiple bass, but to improve my hook-up ratio to near 100%. Sometime the smallmouth will just bite the Senko and not get the hook in their mouths, but when then do this Ring will give me a near perfect hook set. I believe it is because of the 90-degree angle of the Wacky hook. I have used all 3 colors of the Crossover Rings and color doesn't seem to make a difference, but I like to have that option just in case. The Rings are not cheap, but they last, and they have improved my hook-up ratio. I use the VMC Wacky tool and love that the handle keeps spare Rings in the two compartments, very convenient!! Try these Crossover Rings and you will like them too.

Comments: Saved me a fortune in worms, great product. I bought a couple different sizes & 5mm is the best size for 5" Yum Dingers or 5" Senkos. Also the crossover pliers are not necessary if you are considering purchasing those.

From: Tortelvis: Iowa 9/27/23

Comments: I freaking love these rings. I use a size 4 with my senkos, and the bubble butts for neko. Like the versatility of the product. Can be used for wacky and for neko rigs.

From: Dan P: Oklahoma 9/26/23

Comments: Great product, caught 20 bass between 1- 3lbs on 1 ring and 1 senko. Used with a 1/8th weighted weedless wacky hook.

From: Paul: Ca -delta 9/25/23

Comments: Very good product. Does what it's supposed to, works very well and easy to use.

From: Jerome: Town Creek al 9/19/23

Comments: Use a smaller size than recommended. Weeds Neko hooks weed guard doesn't allow bait to slide up the line. Small fish can pull the bait out of ring. Smaller size rings decrease loss issues. Rings seem to stretch out a bit between uses.

From: Carrol: 9/18/23

Comments: Works well easy to use with the VMC pliers.

From: Unknown: 9/17/23

Comments: Definitely needed to down size to smaller rings than what I read was recommended. Little fish can pull the senko out especially if your fishing weed-less hooks like the Owner finesse hook. The weed guards don't allow worms to slide up. Seem to stretch out some also.

From: Carrol: Kenn. Wa 9/14/23

Comments: Over all a great product. Definitely helps save baits for more fish catches. Also great when skipping a stick bait holds the bait much better. Only negative I have noticed is that it can be hard to get the ring to slide over the knot and hook eye after a fish catch sometimes you have to cut and retie.

From: BH: King, NC 9/13/23

Comments: Really good product. Makes it real simple to go from Wacky style to Neko Rig. Also durable.

From: Trung: 8/28/23

Comments: These things are awesome. Easy to apply and they save your baits. They also give you an excellent hook up ratio. A must have for neko and wacky rig fishing.

From: ROBERT: AR 8/24/23

Comments: These rings Really Work GREAT! Allows you to have several hookups on one worm - lasted all day! Must have for someone like me that is new to Wacky Rigging & Neko fishing.

From: Mark: Shelby, NC 8/12/23

Comments: These are ok the durability though seems a less than I was expecting I feel I have spent the same amount of money on orings as I do these because they beak at the hook insert

From: Devon: United States MI 8/10/23

Comments: I have recently started using the VMC crossover rings and find them to be an excellent product. I primarily use the when wacky rigging a Senko but also for the Neko rig. They present very cleanly and are durable as long as you do not take them off of the hook once you have put it on.

From: Mike: Idaho 7/29/23

Comments: Best way to rig a sinko and the bait last much longer than the standard small ring.

From: Boyd: Tennessee/Trento 7/26/23

Comments: I initially didn't really like these. They just didn't seem to hold my wacky stick bait well. I get way better hookups with the hook 90 out from the stickbait and I was tired of losing my bait every fish with those large inner tube looking rings I had found somewhere. Decided to give these another try only this time I ordered a much smaller diameter ring. It made all the difference in the world. Wacky rigging is a deadly technique, and these help me hang on to my bait fish after fish. 6mm is my go to for a senko sized stick bait. I did try the 3mm for some thinner baits like a roboworm and they work well, I just prefer to neko rig a fatter bait like a trick worm or a quiver worm. Love that they now come in gp also!

From: Steve: Phoenix 7/24/23

Comments: These 4mm VMC Crossocer Rings fit the Yamamoto thin senko perfectly.

From: Unknown: 7/20/23

Comments: These work great and like option of hooking neko/wacky..like these alot better than o rings. had a few baits slip out when first started using them but just went down a size. ordered several more packs.

From: Dave: Minnesota 7/19/23

Comments: These crossover rings are a good concept but like anything else they could use some improvement in the area where the hooks insert. I feel the material is a little thin and the rings will snap. Over all a good product, VMC should really look at the durability.

From: Wayne: L.G. Virginia 7/15/23

Comments: When you need to Wacky or Neko. This Crossover Ring is the only way to go.

From: Unknown: West Virginia 7/12/23

Comments: Love the idea. Found bass do pull worm threw ring. Using titer ring will cut worm. Will try other options with ring.

From: Unknown: 7/8/23

Comments: These things are actually pretty amazing. A lot more durable than you would think. Like others, I would like to see a size chart as a guide to the best fit. If you wacky or neko this would be an added tool in your toolbox. You probably need the pliers to put them on too. Trust me.

From: Unknown: Raleigh, NC 7/6/23

Comments: I've been using them for a little over two months. I found them to work very well for Niko rig and wacky rigging. Especially good for rigging Neko finesse worm type presentation. The worms I use stay hooked up longer which saves money. Only draw back is the ring can can deteriorate if you leave the bait or worms hooked up overnight or longer. I have found that hookup percentage has increased since I started using them.

From: bassnfanatic : St. Cloud Florida 7/1/23

Comments: Really glad I found these. I would lose so many worms without these rings. I use #5 for senkos and a #4 for straight tail worms. I started with #6 or # 7 with senkos but they would pull the worm out of the ring. And yes the ring does break or sometimes you lose the worm and all you have is a hook and ring but that is much cheaper than no ring.

From: Michael: WI 6/27/23

Comments: The VMC Crossover ring has become and absolute essential for my finesse fishing. I use it on Wacky-rigged worms and the Neko rig. It's much better than using O-rings, and saves baits from tearing from hook penetration. I carry a full size and color spectrum of the Crossover ring at all times. Great product.

From: Will: Omaha, NE 6/27/23

Comments: Great product! I wish I knew of these a lot sooner. Your baits last so much longer and you can change the hook angle to adjust for the cover you are fishing.

From: Big East Bass Fishing: 6/23/23

Comments: Great product. Been using these for about a month now and have had zero issues. Buy multiple sizes to find what size works best for you.

From: Kyle: Velma, OK 6/22/23

Comments: The only problem I have with them is breaking in and losing your bait. I wish these were a little stronger. It's an awesome idea.

From: Ron S: 6/18/23

Comments: Used the 7m size on a senko today, caught 7 bass 14' to 16' on the same senko. Used a ned rig hook. Before it was one fish for one senko, even with an o ring. Got to use the right size for the senko you are using!

From: Ryno: Il. 6/3/23

Comments: If you use the correct size ring for the size of bait you are using, these things are money. Used them in a tournament on a 5" wacky senko and caught fish after fish on the same bait. 5" senko = 6mm; 6" senko = 6mm or 7mm ring. The rings do stretch out a little after prolonged use so keep an eye on that but definitely prefer them over the old school rings! Also, probably the biggest benefit of these are they allow you to properly position the hook for wacky or neko presentations. Good product overall.

From: Gotch: Montgomery AL 5/8/23

Comments: Rethinking VMC's Crossover rings. They are convenient and easy to wacky and Neko rig but not very durable. And when they fail, you lose the whole shootin match! Someone said they have fixed the durability issue, but I'm not seeing that. Had a 5mm band fail on a Neko rig and lost the 5" Senko, nail, and band after one fish, and not a very big fish at that. Another time the hook slot failed and all I got back was the hook. At least with the O-rings you can double them and have twice the protection. Never had both rings fail at the same time. I am reading several reviews from others having similar problems with durability. VMC, please reexamine the strength of the rings. It's a good idea, but becoming less practical and more expensive as tackle prices continue to rise.

From: WACKY4BASS: Champaign, IL 5/5/23

Comments: Great rings for stick bait fishing. Re-usable option is a great thing for a semi budget fisherman. Size five or six work the best for a Senko.

From: Richard : Meriden, CT. 5/3/23

Comments: Had good luck with these, the problem I've found is they don't give you a chart on what size fits what kind of worm. My first order was the wrong size for the Senkos I use.

From: Chris: GA 4/23/23

Comments: These work great but the hook will rip through if you're not careful when inserting it into the collar.

From: Bassmaster: East Coast 4/15/23

Comments: The crossover rings work great for Neko & Wacky Style fishing!

From: Bobby: Ketcher 4/13/23

Comments: By far best one I have used, the fact it has both side hook insert slot makes it truly unique and it is built very well and strong, out last your entire worm pack.

From: Karlo: Laguna Beach, CA 4/13/23

Comments: I love the concept but used the yesterday and every fish threw the Senko. Double O Rings secure the bait better. Next time I'm going to try a drop of super glue to see if this resolves that issue. Just for information I was using the 7MM.

From: Dreabon: Texas 4/12/23

Comments: I love the design of the crossover ring however, the fish still continue to take my senko when getting bites with the ring if there's another way to do this, please inform me because I went with the tightest one. The tightest O-ring and it still didn't work. I feel as if I've wasted my money so again if there's a way to fix this and I can keep my work/senko I would like to know.

From: Rock: Charlotte North Carolina 4/6/23

Comments: The only way to go for wacky or Neko. Save those expensive plastics.

From: Mark: 3/25/23

Comments: I was an avid user of the G7 rings until I ran out one day and buddy had these crossover rings. Really awesome to have the hook slot in both directions so it doesn't matter if you're wacky rigging or neko rigging, you can just pull the hook out and not have to worry about damaging the ring.

From: Unknown: 2/17/23

Comments: Since they've fixed the durability issue on the original ones they're now excellent and last for multiple baits throughout the day. Now, we need someone to develop a simple to use tool for putting these on different baits and by the way.......they work GREAT on all baits- all I'm sayin.

From: Unknown: 2/10/23

Comments: I bought these rings for Neko rigs however I quickly began using them on wacky rigs because they are far superior to standard o-rings they stay in place and my hook-up ratio has increased by 10%. Highly recommend these rings and the VMC Crossover Pliers to secure them on the bait. You can use needle nose pliers but the VMC tool is a far superior method.

From: Unknown: 1/15/23

Comments: Very interesting idea. Can be rigged wacky or neco. You need the tool to apply. Ring is stronger than most baits.

From: Mustache: Washington 1/12/23

Comments: I use them with my senkos for nekon and wacky rigging and if u pair that with a g finesse neko hook you're set for life. These rings save a ton of baits and money. Very impressed. Especially the clear ones.

From: Mike: MO 1/3/23

Comments: Been using these for awhile. Great product and simple to use. Work really well as long as you pick the right size for the bait. I like to use them smaller as they grip the bait better. 4mm work great on Thin Senkos, 5" Pro Senkos, Daiwa Neko worms and a bunch of Roboworms. I have caught as many as 12 fish using 1 ring and 1 Thin. Definitely don't use as many baits and it does allow for more action on the bait. Don't forget the Crossover Ring tool!

From: Kerry: San Diego, CA 12/29/22

Comments: This is the absolute best way to neko rig bar none.

From: Kyle: Oregon 12/25/22

Comments: These are versatile and can be used in multiple presentations. Hook orientation can be vertical or horizontal. With different sizes and colors as well. I paired mine up with the 6th sense bubble butt worm for neko technique.

From: Dan P: Grand Island, NE 11/12/22

Comments: After using these VMC crossover rings, I'll never go back to regular O-rings. Keeps the worm secure, excellent hookup ratio, easy to rig, and quick to switch back and-forth between wacky and Neko (which I do often). Size 7 is best for 5" Senkos which is all I use. Green pumpkin is what I use most because usually I'm fishing Senkos in some form of green pumpkin. I've had these things last all day for 10 fish. Sometimes the hook will tear through the keeper, but it happens a lot less often than when using traditional wacky rigs (either hook directly in the worm, or with O-rings). You don't need special pliers to rig, just use standard needle-nose pliers to spread the ring and insert the lure.

From: Baron: Holly Springs, NC 11/8/22

Comments: These rings are a godsend for wacky rigs and neko rigs. I've been using them for a couple of seasons now and like them just as well as when I started... with a few comments. The best advice is to use smaller rings than recommended. I use a #5 for 5 inch Dingers, for instance. A #5 will also hold a trick worm fairly well, too. The rings also swell from the softeners used in the worms, so they loosen with time. I don't re-use mine because of that. For first users, don't buy the pliers. If you're careful, and start from the tapered tail of your bait, it is fairly easy to slide/pull the worm into the ring. But, if you want to fool with it and hunt them down every time, the pliers work well.

From: Miles: Sellersburg, IN 11/2/22

Comments: Ever since I switched over to these from O-rings, I have saved so many senkos with exponentially increased hooksets. I highly recommend these to at least try to see if they will work better for you. Be aware, depending on the size of your hook though.. getting that eye back through the hole of the crossover ring can be a little pain but the reward is far greater in my opinion. Keep it reel y'all.

From: Jim: Vancouver, WA 10/28/22

Comments: Did you have to tell everyone about these very handy rings? I love them for drop shotting and wacky rigging. They save your baits from tearing so easily and helps them last through more fish catches and it gives them lots of action.

From: Rob: VA 10/24/22

Comments: These Crossover rings are the best I've found for wacky rigging. They hold the worm securely, are very durable, and position my hook exactly how I like it. Haven't tried Neko rigging them yet but, they should be good for that too. Great product!

From: Jim: 10/18/22

Comments: Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I seem to be losing lots of worms that are rigged up neko style. When you use the mounting holes, either hole that is on the back with neko weight in the worm, when a fish shakes the worms have leverage and get slung off the bands easily. So not only am I losing worms I am also losing the neko weights. I do however get the bands back like 90% of the time. It's just annoying losing the worms which I rig up ahead of time and glue the weights in etc. They do look good and are very stealthy, get a lot of bites as well.

From: Luke: CO 10/10/22

Comments: So for you all that like wacky rigging I have tried several options. The silicone sleeves the o ring the wacky saddle and the crossover rings. I think the wacky saddles and these are neck in neck as far as functionality. I give the crossover the nod because they are more stealthy.

From: Unknown: 10/5/22

Comments: Very versatile and durable. Only way to go for neko and wacky rigs

From: Unknown: 10/5/22

Comments: Is a money saving product. I use less senkos with this products than I did without them. I currently have the white and the green pumpkin both.

From: Unknown: 9/25/22

Comments: great product. gives plastic more action wacky/neko but like that you can hook perpendicular to the bait the most for better hookup rate. would say that prob have to go down a size from what is recommended or looking at it or bait slides out. besides that works great.

From: dave: MN 8/9/22

Comments: Great concept. Their estimated sizes to use are too big. Fish kept pulling the worms out of the ring. I needed to scale down at least one size, sometimes two.

From: Unknown: 7/25/22

Comments: Perfect for neko and wacky rigs. The hook stays in place nicely. I recommend this product.

From: Stacey: Mississippi 7/23/22

Comments: I like being able to turn the hook either way I want. They seem to be durable. I am happy with my purchase.

From: Butch: 7/23/22

Comments: Easy way to keep your worms a little longer, even after multiple bites, makes hooking your worms a bit easier.

From: Eddie: Illinois 7/20/22

Comments: They are very easy to use and hold the bait securely. I've used the black and clear, and prefer the clear miles ahead of black.

From: Donald: IN 7/10/22

Comments: They work good but they will tear. Best thing is that it keeps hook perpendicular.

From: Unknown: 7/8/22

Comments: Dood quality Crossover rings. Easy to use seem to be of good quality and durable for the few times i used them.

From: Terry: 7/5/22

Comments: I had looked at these for some time, but was waiting to here some feedback. I finally decided to just give them a try, and boy was I glad that I did!! If you fish a wacky or neko rig, the hook is in perfect position. They hold the worm very well and I can't think of a single negative thing to say. In a years time maybe that will change, but for now I'm very impressed.

Comments: Quite using senkos cause of price got some crossover rings senkos are back in my tackle box.

From: gary: ohio 6/26/22

Comments: Really like the way these crossover rings fit the strait worms. I typically use a weedless(weed guard) hook and these don't foul the weed guard like an o-ring does. Highly recommend

From: Randall: Madison, WI  6/20/22

Comments: The value of this product isn't really about "saving" or "prolonging" baits, although I do think you get a few more fish out of a senko when using this product. For me, it is about getting the hook point perpendicular to the bait, without having to go through the bait, for a better hook up ratio. I think conventional thinking is when you have the hook point inline with the bait, problems can occur (plastic covers hook point on a bite/hookset etc). In my experience with this product, I have landed more fish and bigger fish (less skin hooked fish). Additionally, for what it is worth, the plastic "saddle" when you insert the hook is EXTREMELY rugged and durable. Once you put a hook point through it is near impossible to get the hook out and I have yet to have one rip or break. It is the only product I will use to fish wacky style presentations.

From: Nick: Maine 6/19/22

Comments: In my opinion, don't see any difference the concept is great but I can only get 4 or 5 bites out of 1 and its done worn out and stretched...heat shrink is the way to go

From: Chuck: North Carolina 6/2/22

Comments: I recently purchased the VMC Corssover Rings to use with 5 inch Senko's. I have been using another brand of rings which have been hard to find since the pandemic started. The VMC rings work great and can be applied with the same tool used with other rings. These rings are readily available and will be my choice in the future.

From: Larry: North Carolina 5/30/22

Comments: Love the crossover rings. They easily save me a ton of baits over regular o rings. I used it on my senko worm last trip and caught 6 bass on it. The worm is still on my pole ready for the next trip. I seemed to have more bites and better hook ups when fishing it through the neko hole even though I was fishing it wacky style.

From: Jared: Texas 5/24/22

Comments: Very nice and a lot better than using rings. Last longer and better hook sets.

From: Clint: Macon, GA 5/11/22

Comments: These things are a fix for those fragile worms. Now instead of one and done, it's multiple fish before you have to dip back into the bag. Get the VMC tool for rigging, and go to work!

From: Unknown: Virginia 5/5/22

Comments: Tried these VMC rings on an annual trip to Lake Powell. The smallmouth there really like a 5" wacko Senko. The 7MM worked great. Caught multiple fish 6-10 off the same Senko. Years past would go through 3-4 Senkos for 10 fish. Sometimes more. The VMC pliers make setting up the baits easy. I'm "hooked".

From: George: Phoenix, AZ 5/4/22

Comments: A must have for whacky rigs. Rarely will use lose these or the worms. Way better hook up than without these.

From: Greg: OH 5/2/22

Comments: Would recommend, with these you can get more than 1 fish from a senko.

From: Unknown: 4/24/22

Comments: Very good product, durable and versatile for wacky or neko fishing. Really extends the longevity of stick worms and finese worms.

From: Gary: Louisiana 4/17/22

Comments: Bought a pack of the green rings for five in Stickworms in 7MM but it was just fairly snug on a 5' Stickworm/Senko. BUT the clear crossover rings that came with my Crossover tool were perfect to me for a 5" bait. It acted more a very snug collar and lemme tell ya, you're not losing your bait this way and action was great.

From: Matt: Florida 4/16/22

Comments: Great product. Save me a ton of plastics especially when skipping.

From: Unknown: 4/10/22

Comments: Excellent product. Easy to use. Saves so many plastic baits. Wacky rigging is so realistic. Don't go fishing without them.

From: Unknown: 3/29/22

Comments: If fishing wacky or neko the VMC crossovers is in my opinion the only way to go. I use 5mm on my 5❠senkos. But I've learned a little trick if you want a little more flutter on the fall use a 4mm. Just my opinion.

From: Eric: Virginia 3/3/22

Comments: There OK. Good in open water. They stretch out if your going through thick stuff after a while. O-Rings are easier, Quicker and cheaper to put on a Sinco. I will still use what I have but still prefer O-rings. You can run your hook either parallel or horizontal with the Crossover rings, but you can also do that with O-rings. I usually use 2 O-rings with a nail weight inside center of Sinco. Just cross your O-rings for a horizontal hook placement. Crossovers are a good Idea, but to me, who fishes a Sinco at some point on every trip, there not worth the $ but is a good product.

From: Gary: Panama City, FL 2/23/22

Comments: I really like the VMC crossover rings. Makes rigging wacky or neko easy. Hook stays in position, hook up ratio is good. I recommend trying these rings.

From: Kelly: Kingsburg, CA 2/11/22

Comments: These are easily the best o rings that I've used, they fit perfectly 7mm on a 5 in Senko, the green pumpkin blends in with a green pumpkin worm, and they keep even very small drop shot hooks snugly in place so that there is nearly an impossible chance of your bait coming off unless it rips. Love these things, and definitely recommend.

From: MY: Cali 2/5/22

Comments: Been fishin g wacky and neko rigs since I think it began. These rings changed the game and I probably won't use anything else now.

From: Dave: Okeechobee, FL 12/28/21

Comments: Great product! Works much better than hooking through the worm or the standard O ring, giving you the option to wacky rig or niko rig without losing worms! The 6mm size works perfect for a standard worm.

From: John: Raleigh NC 12/21/21

Comments: No brainer, buy these. They will improve your hookup rate and baits will last and last. Buy 6,7 &8 mm for med to large baits. I don’t use expensive small baits so didn’t buy any 4 or 5 mm. Use common sense, buy an assortment and use the right size. These stretch much less than an o ring. I use clear and they are barely noticeable on any bait colors. Can reuse if careful but I just cut the hook off the line and leave them rigged. Have a separate small container to store. No more mixing salvaged baits with new. More costly, but long lasting and worth it.

From: Frank: West Hills, CA 12/13/21

Comments: These little rings will become a staple in my tacklebox for years to come! Just awesome. I have several colors and sizes to match the plastic I'm using. Fairly durable themselves, I usually get one to last all day if not several trips. They help the plastic worms to last a lot longer than straight hooks or O-rings. Mostly use with Senkos and the hookup ratio is 100% when paired with a size 2 (not 2/0) VMC Neko hook or VMC Neko Weedless hook. You don't need a special tool to install. I just use regular needle-nose pliers through the middle of the ring, then stretch them open and insert the plastic. Recommend.

From: Baron: Holly Springs, NC 12/8/21

Comments: Nice product. they allowed me to wacky rig my stick baits and a single ring was still holding after 7 + fish.

From: Unknown: 12/6/21

Comments: Works great. The two hook up options will increase your hook up. Highly recommend!

From: William : Georgia 12/5/21

Comments: The VMC Crossover Rings are worth the investment. Increased hook up ratio and holding on to your soft plastics for longer. I used to use regular wacky ring however, I will not go back. The pliers make installation really easy, but with some plastics, if I am in a hurry to rerig, I don't use them. I haven't had any issues reusing the hook points either. I keep a few 4mm on hand in black and clear.

From: Josh: Alexandria, VA 11/26/21

Comments: Works as advertised. I would recommend getting several sizes for maximum versatility. Different brands will require all different sizes. I also am able to recycle these, you rarely breaking as long as you unhook it carefully.

From: Cam: Blooming Grove, NY  11/24/21

Comments: Good product does extend life of your worms. 6mm ok for Zoom trick worm but 7MM better for fatter worms (senko, yum dinger etc.)

From: Steve: MOSS POINT, GA 11/10/21

Comments: Definitely a game changer! You get more use outta your worms and better hook ups, I wish I found these sooner.

From: Ryan: San Diego, CA 10/21/21

Comments: These work way better than an o-ring. Getting more fish from a single bait.

From: Matt: SC 10/14/21

Comments: I am a strict Yamamoto Senko guy for my wacky rigs and this new product from VMC is a godsend. Those costly days of losing worms on casts and just falling off are over. They are also excellent for Neko rigging as well. Ten stars.

From: Johnny: Staten Island, NY 10/5/21

Comments: These rings (and pliers) are awesome. They work great and there's really no better way to wacky rig IMO. The ONLY problem is the VMC o-ring sizing chart; it is way off. I bought the 5mm for 4" Strike King Ochos; way too small. Fortunately the pliers came with several of the o-rings in the 6mm size so that I could see that those were the proper size (so I ordered several packs of those now). So as long as you get the correct size these absolutely cannot be beat. I highly recommend.

From: Unknown: Pennsylvania 10/2/21

Comments: In my opinion the best oring style in the market. My stickbaits last 2x longer using these then the typical orings. There are two hook positions which make it possible to show the bass two different type of wacky rigs fluttering in the water. Additionally you can use it for neko rigs.

From: David: West Townsend, MA 9/30/21

Comments: Purchased the 7mm only used once with a 5" Senko. Caught one small largemouth bait stayed in ring and eyelet stayed intact.

From: TW: Indiana 9/8/21

Comments: These work well for Wacky or Neko rig. Unfortunately, you can not easily change between Wacky and Neko without cutting your line and pulling the hook through.

From: Dan: Massachusetts 9/6/21

Comments: Great product. This makes whacky fishing so much better. More hookups and worms last way longer. Such a great idea.

From: Greg: Utica, NY 8/25/21

Comments: These are awesome! I normally use the O-rings, but have issues sometimes losing fish because the bait balls up in the bend of the hook. With this design, no more of that issue and the presentation with these seems more natural.

From: David: Tazewell, TN 8/16/21

Comments: Looks great! So much better then just putting the hook on the bait it self it will save you from losing your soft plastic worms from a bass bite.

From: Unknown: 8/13/21

Comments: I saw an article on these and started using them a few months ago and they are awesome. We all know the cost of worms isn't cheap(esp. Senkos) so I always try to save my worms and these really do it well. Many bites and catches without losing or tearing worms up. Get the right size so the fish cannot take your worm out of this keeper.

From: Rob: Virginia 8/11/21

Comments: I've been very satisfied with how well the VMC Crossover rings have worked.  I been using them with some pricy but somewhat fragile JDM soft plastics, and in most instances, they have more than doubled the life of the bait.

From: Unknown: 8/10/21

Comments: Great product holds baits well and hooks at proper angle. Just remember to match the size correctly to the bait. VMC pliers needed for proper installation

From: Gary: New Jersey 8/2/21

Comments: Don't use with 5" Yama Senkos! I've tried 6mm to tight, breaks senko in half soon after, 7mm seems to be right size but they get tossed way to easy, 8mm definitely to big !!! Highly disappointed!!! Best luck I've had is with frenzy wacky saddles.

From: Josh: Wisconsin 7/27/21

Comments: These rings hold the bait very securely, but most importantly they allow the hook to be facing in a manner where the bait does not interfere the hook as the fish bites.  These also are very durable and help the bait to last cast after cast.

From: Donald: Brazil, IN 7/15/21

Comments: Once again, VMC has come out with a creative solution!  These work is extremely well! They are very high quality and offer a unique rigging that seems to catch fish. You need to size them to the worm you are using. I've found that the 7mm size works well on a 5" Senko

From: John 7/7/21

Comments: Very good product, Neko rig and wacky rigging 5" worms, very glad I bought them.  I also bought the new pliers, great products.

From: Bary: Antigo, WI 7/5/21

Comments: These are very good when I am using it for my Neko rig. They hold up very well, I can catch multiple fish on just one ring. The main thing is you will also need the VMC pliers to get your worm on. If you fish the Neko or Wacky style worm these will be a great addition.

From: Rick: Alabama 6/25/21

Comments: Great product  haven't had any issues with them breaking or being weak!

From: Curt: Elk Grove, CA 6/9/21

Comments: This is the best ring for wacky rigs. Caught 12 bass on the same rig. Can't wait to try it neko rigged.

From: John: Alabama 4/16/21

Comments: Been looking forward to using these since they became available. I fish A LOT of wacky rigs mainly a flickshake  weighted on deeper grass. I have to say these are the best, I caught 15 fish most jumping and thrashing and never lost my worm. I would have to say it your worm is sliding out use a smaller size. I hate the phrase game changer BUT these things are an A+

From: Dave: Sykesville, MD 4/15/21

Comments: O Rings are not uniform in size and the material is not heavy enough. Stretches out easily and will not grip the senkos well. Used the 7mm on Yamamoto senkos and either the eye tore out or lost the senko way too often.

From: Bass Fisher 4/7/21

Comments: The collars are ok. once you put a hook through you won't be able to get the barb out without pulling out the hole. But you can tear the senkos and take your pliers and put a new senko on. A smaller hook may work better.

From: Ken: San Diego, CA 4/5/21

Comments: These work good...but they arent a cure all.  If you rig the bait using the perpendicular rigging hole the bait will spin around and lay in your hook gap when you are skipping.  This lowers your hooking percentage.  What I do is use parallel hole or neko hole mostly for what i do.  I use 7mm for 5 inch senkos.

From: G: Burlington, NC 4/4/21

Comments: Love these. Best part is you can hook on vertical or horizontal.  Great product.

From: Bryan T: Madison Heights, VA 3/23/21

Comments: Very nice.  Work as advertised.  Hook ups are great.

From: SM: Austin 3/21/21

Comments: Great product! 8mm for senko style baits,6mm for trick worms. Use proper wacky hooks.

From:
Chris 2/28/21

Comments:
Ingenious invention. So many sizes for any size of soft bait. Soft baits last longer and are more lifelike without a hook cutting through cavity. Thank Mike Iconelli for spilling the beans on this product. Thank you VMC.

From: Unknown 3/4/21

Comments:
Used the vmc cross over rings my hook ratio increased tremendously use the ring wacky on yum dinger.

From: Steve: Fernandina. Beach, Florida 3/4/21

Comments: Tried em. Good idea bad material. Ran through 4 times as many baits in a day of fishing. Hooks tear through as well as the band around your bait break.
