Overview
The VMC Inline Trebles offer a rotated eye to perfectly align the points with the lure, allowing the hard-bodied bait to rest in-between the hooks points. This placement allows lures to swim more free while reducing lure damage. The super sharp X-Strong round-bend Inline Trebles are foraged from vanadium steel, providing excellent hook penetration. Comments: Decent hooks, sharp and affordable. In my experience they work fine on topwater and jerkbaits, however they were a disappointment on squarebills - bass had the easiest time shaking it off. Also, they are tempered and brittle - the point won't bend, it will snap off.

Comments: Surprising there has not been any review on these treble hooks. I used these in size 4 to replace the stock short shank hooks that came with the recent red eye shad. The hook-up ratio is much better than the larger short shank treble. These are sharp and do not require forceful hook set. High quality, look nice, and affordable. No reason not to like these.
