Overview
Featuring a hybrid body shape that blends the tail of a baitfish and legs of a crustacean, the Valley Hill Ebi Shad is a highly effective soft plastic that delivers fine, gentle, and responsive movement for spooky fish and high-pressure fisheries. Although primarily developed for use with long-cast bottom-bouncing Carolina rigs, the Ebi Shad is also highly compatible with finesse Texas rigs, drop shots, or lightly weighted jig heads.
The shad tail has a square shape that creates a stronger wave, the tail swings side-to-side widely on the retrieve, and the three pairs of legs vibrate strongly when twitching to imitate a live shrimp walking on the bottom. Available in a variety of forage-matching color patterns, the Valley Hill Ebi Shad vibrates weakly when it falls without a sinker but is equipped with a cut point on the tail to accommodate situations where stronger movement is needed.
