Comments: So my club was provided with some free "samples" of these. I thought nothing of it when I received mine so it sat in my truck. This spring, I found it in my truck, and remembered I had a Skeet Reese rod that the rubber grip was coming off. So I cut that grip off, and decided to try it. It applied easily and was more than enough to do 2 rods with. Gave my favorite spinnerbait rods new life.

Comments: These Winn grips are "Win-Win" as far as my experience with them!!! Can't speak for the experience of the other review...I get that (really) any "DIY" project can seem "Daunting" at first..but if you watch the video of how to put the wrap onto a rod, it's pretty straight forward. They have fun colors (hope they come out with more), they make any rod feel and look custom & brand new and this is the 3rd season I've used them! Not one has come off the rod or loosened, either. And what makes it (even) more significant...I fish year around...I'm blessed with a tournament boat and (especially) blessed with a wife & son that enjoy fishing as well! And they are serious about bass fishing like me. That translates to fishing every week...sometimes several times...so, we have (more than) 2 dozen rods. ALL OF THEM have the Winn Slim Wrap on them! Don't have a rod I use that doesn't have the Winn wrap on them! *I have no association with Winn, no one has paid me to say the things that I've said and I paid for every single Winn Slim Grip Wrap on our rods.

Comments: These grips have little to no stick to them which made them very hard to instal what also made them hard to instal was the fact the my rod grips didn't uniformly go small to big, the grip has a groove in the middle where it gets smaller which made it hard to do definitely will not buy again.
