#1 bait since SeptemberThis little thing was deadly in winter during the coldest time. Tails kick like they should if you pull them apart. This thing crushed our lake time and time again and even now during all three stages of spawn. The smallmouth and largemouth hate it. 6lbs was my biggest and 40 fish was the most in a day. Don't listen to the other guys. They're fishing and not catching.
Not a finesse baitTerrible tail design - too thick which impedes motion. Will probably still be a good swimming or flipping jig. Definitely does not work well when fished slow. Not a winter bait.
Works fineThis little bait is awesome. I paired it on a 1/4oz football head and the first day I landed 12 fish on this thing. Smallmouth and largemouth. Tails kick fine and it's just a nice little package. Quality seems to work just fine, haha.
Awesome BaitI use these two different ways. One way I use them is on a football ned head and the other way I use them is to cut the skirt off and use it on the buckeye bfs jig.
2.5" Hula grubAn absolute waste of money if you plan on fishing slowly. It's very disappointing to see this quality on a "what was" a great brand.
