Comments: The 3DR-X Popper is basically the old 3DS Popper with updated colors. I have been using the 3DS Popper for years. When you look at this lure, the mouth looks too small, but it has a really nice spitting action. It comes with #8 treble hooks which work just fine. But I upgrade to a #6 Owner feathered treble hook in the back and I no longer even use a treble hook on the belly. This works great. I use a spinning reel with 8-pound Trilene XL low-vis green.
