Overview
Crafted to the exact specs of Elite Series pro and jig fishing guru, David Walker, the Z-Man David Walker’s Crosseyez Snakehead Swim Jig slithers in and out of cover like no other jig on the market. Molded after an actual snake’s head, the Z-Man David Walker’s Crosseyez Snakehead Swim Jig features a triangular shaped head with a flat bottom, which allows it to come through cover cleanly and plane upward to keep your presentation higher in the water column and ticking the top of vegetation or cover where fish like to hide.
Built around a 4/0 heavy wire VMC hook for rock solid hook sets, the Z-Man David Walker’s Crosseyez Snakehead Swim Jig also features a stacked coned keeper that holds all types of soft plastic trailers firmly in place, including 10x tough Elaztech softbaits. Finished with a hand-tied silicone skirt in an array of popular color patterns, the Z-Man David Walker’s Crosseyez Snakehead Swim Jig is sure to take a bite out of the fish and the competition.

Comments: Mouserat got me a bunch of bites, including a 19" smallmouth. This thing also has a strong hook and you can absolutely swing on em with it. However, the trailer keeper is absolutely TRASH; it's a plastic molded piece that cracked and fell off in less than 10 fish. I have since attached my trailers with super glue, but you shouldn't need to do that on a mass produced bait from a well known company. Overall 7/10, probably an 8.5 or 9 if it had a molded metal keeper instead of that hard plastic one

Comments: Great jig! Not sure if they ever fixed the baitkeeper based on older reviews but i haven't had any issues with them breaking or pulling off yet. Switched all my swimjigs over to the snakehead one. Great for the river or pond fishing!

Comments: Very good swimming jig, doesn't roll or flip sideways but the hook keeper falls off 90% of them.

Comments: Didn't know if I'd like it as much as my Sixth Sense SJ but I smashed them on this jig in the Blue Gill color. Jig and keeper held up well. I'll be buying more:)

Comments: Loved the lure but the bait keeper is trash if the redesign it I would love to see some kind of wire keeper 7/10

Comments:Bought this jig thinking Oh man finally a big corporation heard about snakehead and have made a jig specifically for them, then read the description of why its called snakehead because it weaves through grass and was modeled after a normal snakes head and was little bit disappointed. Anyway great looking jig no hook keeper problems, but ill have to wait till mid spring before I can test it on some snakeheads.

Comments:Almost the perfect swim jig if it wasn't for the trailer keeper. The glue holding it breaks free and allows the keeper to move and eventually come completely off. No good :(

Comments:This is an unique swimjig. I had the 3/8 oz in black and blue. So far, I have not lost any fish on it. The hook is very strong, which I was skeptical at first because it was a VMC hook. When reeling it in through a straight retrieve, it will rise and stay at 1-2 feet below the surface. I also tried hopping it like a finesse jig, with a Rage Craw in the Okeechobee color. It worked well and I had several hits with it. Overall, 9/10 because I wish there was another option of a smaller hook size (preferably 3/0 or 1/0).

Comments:When I first saw these were going to be released, I was super excited and ordered a few. Typical Z-Man quality. Great weed guards, paint, skirt, hook. My only gripe about this swim jig, is the plastic keeper. The stacked cone keeper is great, but it isn't like the one on the HD Ned heads. I was fishing this through some submerged timber and got snagged and pulled it out. Got it into the boat and pulled half the plastic keeper out of my Keitech. Would love see them add a double wide keeper like on the Jackhammer, or even the welded on cone keeper.
