True Game ChangerI rarely ever write reviews on here, but sometikes I come across a product that is so imoressive to me that I have to help spread the word. We all know stickbaits are the most overused, dime a dozen bass bait anymore. Many are comparable to it, but still to this day the Yamamoto Senko is still the gold standard. Many recent stickbaits produced in today's market claim to be revolutionary, new "golden boy". I'll tell you right now, this may actually end up being the one true "senko killer". It has comparable, if not slightly heavier weight than a senko being that I seem to be able to whip these out there on a wacky rig just a bit further than I can with a senko. It has just as good as, dare I say even slightly more aggressive shimmy than a senko. The real icing on the cake with this guy is that damn near indestructable elaztech formula. Truth be told, I've never been a fan of it despite its durablility being the one advantage it has over any other soft baits on the market. Its just a pain in the a** to deal with when trying use elaztech for a jig trailer or trying to thread it onto a hook period and get it to sit right (I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about). But for use as a stickbait, this is the only elaztech product that will have a permanent place in my tackle box now. We all love senkos, but one thing we all agree on is how fragile they are. I'd be willing to bet you will go through an entire pack of senkos before going through one (two at most) of these. It has the weight, the shimmy, the identical sink rate, all things a senko has; but now uber-durable. Senkos will still have a permanent place in my box, especially being that they have an unlimited amount of color options, and go-to colors I use that the Kingpin just doesn't offer. Will they at some point? Time will tell. But take my word for it; please. As someone who has tried damn near every stickbait out there, and always comes back to the senko; the Kingpin is now a permanent rival to it in my box. This is truly the one. If there's ever going to be a "senko killer", this is it. I can't tell you how long I've been waiting, like everyone else for them to find a way to incorporate their elaztech into a sinking variation because I knew it would be something actually worthy of being called revolutionary. It didn't dissappoint. Bought them in the Gamechanger color (fitting right?), and Black with Blue flake and have caught a quite a few bass on them already including some bigguns. Oh, and by the way; I'm still on the first worm on both colors. BUY THESE; LIKE YESTERDAY. Well done Z-Man; you guys knocked this one out of the ballpark, and over the river to who knows where.

Ordered a couple colors the moment they went live. Took them out fishing on wacky rig and Texas rig setups. 4 bass and a few missed hits on wacky rig before replacing worm. Three fish on the Texas rig with no issues of the worm. Was able to take that off the hook and put it back in the bag for later use and change to a different color with no issue. Two more bass caught on that Texas rig of a different color and a different style hook without any issues. These will last you quite a while very impressive. And great shimmy shake on the fall! Well done z man, well done.
As good as you are imagining it to beThese are the perfect weight to cast them, they skip, they don't break, they shake on the way down, and even though I've only went out with them once, the fish didn't throw the bait off when fighting them in. Game changer imo!
