Overview

The Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip Minn Kota Trolling Motor is an aftermarket depth collar adjustment that allows anglers to raise or lower their Minn Kota trolling motor quicker and easier than ever before. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip Minn Kota Trolling Motors hold your trolling motor shaft securely in place and releases pressure once the knob is engaged. After pressure is released, simply adjust your motor to the desired height, tighten, and get back to fishing – it's that easy.

To install the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip Minn Kota Trolling Motor, just remove the existing manufacturer knob, washer, and spacer (make sure to take note as to the orientation of the washer and the spacer when removing them). Insert the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip Minn Kota Trolling Motor into the trolling motor housing and replace the retaining washer and spacer back into their original position. Thread the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip shaft in or out as needed to adjust the cam locking tension.

A must-have for anyone who fishes ultra-shallow or anglers with an extra-long trolling motor shaft, the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip Minn Kota Trolling Motor provides increased function that will make fishing easier and more enjoyable.

Previous Feedback

Comments: I regret this purchase. I have trouble with the handle interfering with the coiled cord as the head spins around which results in it kicking the Spot Lock off. Also tricky to get just right. Either too loose or too tight.

Comments: This is an excellent cam, way better than the stock clamping knob. The machining and materials make it worth the price. So does the on-the-water performance.
