Comments: Just like the rest of my ALX Rods this rod delivers excellent performance at an affordable price. Very pleased with the fit and finish as well as the performance.

Comments: 7' Soul owner here. Had this rod for about 3 weeks and have put a lot of fish on it. Great all-around versatile rod that I will prob get another one of. Sensitive and light. Paired it with a 30 sized Quantum PT spinning reel and it's money. Coming from a Loomis fan! this rod is SICK!

Comments: The 7' M (soul) is a really good all around spinning rod. Most medium action rods out there feel like a medium light, this one to me is a true medium action rod. Works great for tubes and small swimbaits!

Comments: I have an ENOX Gravity and this thing is nasty (in a great way). It's light weight, extremely sensitive and will absolutely cross the eyes of any fish on the business of a hookset from a Gravity. When you set the hook, if the fish isn't 5lbs or bigger, be prepared to dodge a flying fish because you're going to snatch it clean out of the water if your flipping shallow cover. The quality of this product is matched only by the quality of the people that built it.

Comments: I can't understand how anyone can write a negative review on this rod. I have the Shake and it's light, well balanced, and EXTREMELY sensitive. Like all ALX rods, it fishes well above it's price.

Comments: Not a good rod. Bought the Sharkey. Limber tip, ultra stiff beginning at first eye. This results in the tip flexing to an abrupt stiff no flex spot. I set the hook and the rod broke at the first eye. A shatter splitting break. There was no smooth transition from ultra flex to ultra stiff. The blank breaking in a splinter is concerning on the quality or not of the blank. For $150 this rod is overpriced and in design not worth anything. I have chosen not to return to all and accept my loss of money. If a replacement rod was offered I wouldn't want it.

Comments: Awesome rods!!! Best I've found in that price range. Very light and extremely sensitive. I use the Shake for drop shotting big open water Idaho smallmouth. The Soul is perfect for tubes and shaky heads. I also use it for heavier drop shop applications where I need a little more power to pull fish away from cover.
