Featuring an advanced lightweight design that is 10% lighter than previous Steez AGS models, the Daiwa Steez AGS Spinning Rods are constructed using Daiwa’s SVF(Super Volume Fiber) Nanoplus graphite, which packs unidirectional graphite fiber into a denser form with exact resin control, yielding blanks with greater strength, lighter weight and incredible sensitivity. X45 blank technology also reinforces the blanks and helps resist twisting for less stress, better durability, and increased hook-setting power.
The all new AGS(Air Guide System) that is equipped on the Daiwa Steez AGS Spinning Rods are built with carbon fiber frames and are even lighter than previous AGS guides to decrease weight even further, improve balance, and provide unmatched sensitivity. They are also fitted with custom Daiwa ultra-lightweight reel seats and premium cork split grip handles that provide an incredible feel, as well as, Daiwa original hook keepers that are placed below the grip to keep your lures secure but not interfere with line flow. Comments: The 76MMLs "The One" is the real deal. Best 7 foot 6 spinning rod on the market today. It excels at deep drop shot, spybaits, hair jigs, small swimbaits, just an incredibly versatile rod that does a lot of things very well for example, The thing that other 76 (NRX, Conquest, even the discontinued Flyssa) spinning rods cannot do is bomb and work Vision 110s, they're too whippy, this rod can. The weight rating is insane and it fishes it's range pretty comfortably. Balances superbly with a 6oz reel.

Comments: I don't usually submit reviews, but I had to for this one. Amazing rod. I purchased the 7'1 ML and couldn't be happier. I think the power is a little on the higher side, probably between a medium light and medium on St Croix rods, but man is this thing sweet. I love that they changed the handle to cork, it adds to the feel. The reel seat is amazing, the updated carbon guides are quiet and light as a feather, and the entire rod itself is light but strong. Stiff with a good tip and can feel every tick on the bottom. By far one of the most sensitive rods I own and I have multipel NRXs, GLXs, and Legend Elites. I plan on getting the 7'6 MML model as soon as it's back in stock.
