Overview
A beefy bodied, finesse jerkbait with a deadly darting action, the Duo Realis Rozante 77SP excels when the fish are heavily pressured or keying in on very small baitfish. Despite the Rozante 77SP’s small stature, its advanced, magnetic weight transfer system allows it to cast like a bullet - even in strong head winds or side winds. Precisely tuned and balanced to perfectly suspend in the water column during a pause of the retrieve, it also delivers a widely erratic darting action that activates the feeding switch for bass and causes them to strike out of pure predatory instinct.
Perfect for fishing at any speed, the Rozante 77SP does equally well on slow steady retrieves and on super fast retrieves. It can also be fished any time of the year on both spinning and baitcasting gear. Equipped with razor-sharp treble hooks and available in a wide range of exceptional colors, the Duo Realis Rozante 77SP is another deadly addition to the already proven line-up of Duo Realis Jerkbaits.

Comments: I like the profile of these baits but none of mine suspended out of the package. They all floated, some pretty quickly and a couple slowly.

Comments: This bait is SICK. Just don't overpower it with 15lb goat rope line and a MH action rod. 10-12 is good on a ML or even M action soft rod. Baitcast or spinning gear is up to you, whatever lets you cast this little gem out there to the fish easiest and furthest. Light twitches please...be gentle. The softer your hands, the better it fishes. Stock hooks are adequate but feel free to replace them, and match the wire of the stock hooks.

Comments: Sick little bait. Easily blows away the Pointer 78 when comparing action. The little CLICK you hear when you cast takes a little getting used to but again, these baits are rad. If you are into small ripbaits that catch a lot of fish, this is a solid choice.

Comments: Fantastic little jerkbait. The weight transfer system provides for really long casts (would advise a spinning setup) and bass love the erratic darting action. Would imagine this would be quite good for trout, walleye or anything else that feeds on minnows.

Comments: These things are money! The secondary rolling action after the dart is superb, I've seen aggressive bass hone in on it with a jerking retrieve and just knock slack once it rolls after the dart. That's not to say it does not get bit on a straight retrieve or a long suspending ( slow floater ) pause either. At $13.99 a pop these things are in contention with your higher priced *cough Megabass jerkbaits. Duo Rozante is a winner!

Comments: I like these jerkbaits alot but they are lighter than advertised weighing only 8.3 grams which is closer to 1/4oz than the advertised 3/8oz. With that said they cast great for their weight but I prefer to throw these on spinning gear.

Comments: Ive been using these for about 4 full seasons now and im convinced they are the best finesse rip bait ive ever used. Every time I have tried to use a 110 jr while the JB bite was on the rozante outfished it and one time they wouldn't even touch the MB but, as soon as I pick the setup up and throw the 77 to the same spot they hammer down on it. I do wish they would make some of the older colors available again. I have 2 all bait rozantes left not including one I retired with well over 100 bass to 6.5 pounds not to mention loads of pickerel. It looks like its been hundreds of sessions with an acupuncturist that a mean case of the shakes. I don't have any that have had issues with the weight transfer system. I have heard only very good things about Duo standing behind there product 100 percent.

Comments: The best and most complete small JB in the game. Great weight transfer system, stupid sticky hooks (those who complain need to understand how a drag works), and excellent patterns. Only trouble is availability. Some of the best colors for whatever reason are no longer made or no longer sold in the US. Secret IV is a killer in clear calm water, a mart shimmer was dope in stained or darker water and all bait was a winner when ever u needed some flash. Having said that they are available with some searching. The 63s are bomb to but lack the weight transfer system and have a different action. In cold to cool water no bait this size that I have used can compete IMO.

Comments: This is THE smaller size jerkbait. The magnet technology in this bait works great, and all manufacturers should take note. The ball is frozen to the magnet and can not be freed unless you do a full casting motion. Every time you cast you will here "click". No other 70-size bait can you cast this far on casting gear. I used 10# fluorocarbon on a 6'-9" ML jerkbait rod for 3 straight days, in the wind, and it was flawless. It is an incredibly durable and quality bait that has great paint jobs and hooks. I was boat swinging dozens of 1.5-2 lb smallies all weekend on size 8 hooks, and they never bent and were still just as sharp after over 75 smallmouth/multi species. Hookup ratio was unreal as well. I can not say enough good things. Rozante 77 > Pointer 78.

Comments: These lures have a defect in their design, and I would not recommend you purchase any until Duo Realis corrects this problem. The defect is in the lure's new magnet assisted weighting feature inside the lure. Out of the box, this feature works perfectly......during a cast, the large ball bearing detaches from the fixed magnet in the middle of the lure, and slides to the back of the lure, giving you laser guides, long casts.....However, after catching/landing a few 1-3 lb bass, the magnet comes loose from its fixed position, and will stay stuck to the ball bearing, making the lure completely un-fishable. I purchased 4 of the 77SP's, and 3 of them so far have failed in the same way I described above. I expect my 4th one to fail also, after I catch s fish or 2 with it. No hard-bodied lure, especially a $14 one should fail like this. I wish I could recommend this lure because it really does catch bass and large crappie in heavily pressured fishing spots, but after a few caught fish, its internal weighting feature is compromised.
