Comments: These rods are great! The fuji seat keeps your reel solid as rock all day after hours of cranking, and has a great feel like all ECS seats. Balance is great, making it a fun rod to use all day when cranking. I find it to be an excellent spinnerbait rod too. Fuji midsize guides are my favorite size guides, and are very durable and look great. The color of the blank is really nice and the overall look of the rod is classic Loomis, that being a super clean, well assembled, and well designed rod. This style rod is what I prefer, I never need to see bling and extra nonsense on my gear. If you know Loomis rods you know what to expect. The sensitivity is fantastic, keeps fish pinned, and fishes great. Wanting absolutely nothing as far as a Crankbait rod goes. Reference to the 842c and 843c.

Comments: I own the 903 and 864 deep flex. Couldn't be happier....I think these are the best crankbait blanks loomis has rolled to date. Fuji ECS reel seat is classic and roomy...cork looks and feels great with few blemishes. I will say the 864's lure rating is a little high...should be 1/4-3/4oz. 841 and 968 are in my sights.

Comments: I have the 845 CBR. I like the rod alot but there are some other things that I don't like about it also ECS reel seat is nice people will probably by now, Like I did. But it feels cheap and doesn't have the soft touch feeling. Cork foregrip is a nice touch and close enough to rest your pointing finger on there. I Love full handle cork rods and the cork kinda feels reminiscent of the NRX. The reel lock nut went loose on my very first 5lbs Walleye and had to really tighten it down so my reel wouldn't fall off. Mid lower section of the rod looks great with some green wraps but after that the upper section of the rod is just plain boring. Nothing to special about that, should of added some extra green touch on the upper section. The Guides are K series so we know those are gonna be great. But wish they would of went with a better material for a lighter and better balance rod. I really like the size of the guides too I would say they are between micro and standard size. Its a slight tip heavy with a 5oz reel but balances out nice with a sub 6oz. The rod blank is just a black u
nsanded blank so you can't see the cool carbon wrap of the blank like you do with other rods. Overall the rod sensitive is on par with my Avid X and the action is very good when you have a fish on. But at this price point I think your not really getting much of a rod at all.
