Comments: I bought the 872S NRX+ and it is light, strong and sensitive. The handle is the most comfortable handle I have ever used on a spinning rod. I paired it with a 3000 series Daiwa Certate and added two bearings to it. I'm not sure I can do any better considering what the Exists sell for. I bought two Certate's for the same money and put the other one on a 853S GLX. The Megabass Windbuster has a handle that would be alright when I was twelve but is too small and uncomfortable for my liking. This rod is pretty versatile and excels dealing with the different soft plastics I throw down here in Florida. Yes, it is pricey. It is also worth it to me because I love to fish and premium equipment makes a difference. I love this rod!

Comments: The G-Loomis nrx+ drop shot rod (dsr 822S) is so sensitive you can feel a bite on slack line. You can feel a bite in 30mph wind (facing in the right direction). Given you need quality braid to achieve these things, but the softest bites translate down to the butt of the rod to your hand. Pair it with the shimano Stella reel - there is no other combo currently made that can match this. It is too much fun catching fish with this rod. I want to use my other loomis rods everytime I go out but I can never seem to put this down. I know it's pricey - wait until cyber Monday and buy this before they run out. Money well spent if you love bass fishing. Also, buy through Tackle Warehouse, phenomenal customer service!!

Comments: I pulled the trigger and purchased the 872S jwr spinning rod and this rod is simply awesome. Very light, sensitive and very powerful but I found one flaw. Braid to leader and recoil guides do not go well together. If your connection knots are not very small the knot will hang up on the recoil guide and almost take the rod out of your hands. Would rather see the sic or torzite rings

Comments: I have an 852s and 853c it is by far the most sensitive rod I have ever used. I bought the 852s for neds, Ned jigs and smaller tube jigs. I've never used a rod that feels like you are getting a bite when the bait hits the bottom, it's actually pretty insane how responsive this rod is. Power for days and guide train casts great and manages line perfectly. It's an expensive rod don't get me wrong, but if you want the best, this is it. I have 2 conquests and this rod is better.

Comments: This thing is one bad mother. I bought the 852s and had the older 852s and the Plus is better in every way. Its better balanced, stronger, better handle, and I believe slightly more sensative. Anyone who says the have a better rod than the NRX Plus they are delusional or lying. Is it worth the price tag? I am not sure, but if you want the best or are an enthusiast and love high end gear this is a must own. Do I catch more fish I think so but I dont know if its earth shattering difference but it is so much fun to fish with. If you are on the fence go ahead and pull the trigger!
