Comments: I don't know what it is, but I have had no problems with the size 4 octopus hooks for wacky rigging and dropshotting. People say use sizes 2,1 1/0, and/or 2/0 because its a bigger or stronger hook. The size 4 is super strong for whatever reason, and I have no problem pulling fish out of grass when wacky rigging. I have tried hooks meant for that style of fishing and I have lost fish when I wouldn't have with these hooks. Also senkos and other senko clones don't tear as easily with smaller hooks. Overall, I have been very satisfied with these hooks and have no incentives to switch because you can find these hooks anywhere for cheap.

Comments: These are the best hooks to use with wacky rigged worms. I use a 1/0 for 4 inch senko style worms. Hook up ratio is incredible.

Comments: This hook in a size #4 or #6 is a great hook for drifting beads for Steelhead !!! Run the bead loose to the hook or peg it about an inch up the line, either way works great.

Comments: Best wacky rig hook ever made besides the owner wacky hooks (green ones) I catch just about 98% of the fish that hit my senkos with this hook with is a lot better hookup than the gamakatsu wicked wacky hook that I was previously using. I lost to many fish on that rig I believe because of the weedgaurd. My preferred size is the 2/0 seems to work well I like using the biggest hook I can get away with.

Comments: These are the best hooks to  use  for wacky rigging a senko and a berkley wacky crawler  . The hook sizes I have used are size #2 , 1/0 , 2/0 and 4/0 .   I highly I recommend  these hook.
