Ideal for shallow slow-rolling or accessing deep water fish with a finesse lure, the Great Lakes Finesse Sneaky Spin is a compact underspin nicknamed the 'Lake Vacuum' with a reputation for catching everything that swims! Built with a custom head design and lifelike 3D eyes, the Sneaky Spin features a unique forward line tie placement that slips through sparse vegetation with ease and delivers perfectly horizontal swimming action.
Fitted with premium stainless-steel components and a ball bearing swivel that will have the blade spinning at the slowest of retrieve speeds, the Sneaky Spin is armed with a razor-sharp 1/0 Gamakatsu hook designed to pair perfectly with finesse swimbaits. Finished with durable powder paint for improved chip resistance, the Great Lakes Finesse Sneaky Spin has been carefully thought out from end to end to ensure it meets the high standards of hardcore anglers.
Under spin for finesse spinning setupsThese are great quality under spin jig heads with quality thin wire hooks and bait keepers for 2-2.5" swim baits... These are for guys fishing spinning tackle with 10-15lb braid and light drag ... Zman 2.5" slim swimz are a perfect match for the 3/16oz

Best finesse underspin! The best finesse underspin on the market. It's a finesse bait and that's how I use it. You need to use a medium light rod and light drag and you'll catch the crap outta some smallmouth!

Best finesse underspin out there by far!Been fishing these for for 2 seasons now and I've caught more big smallmouth with this bait than any other bait by far. Biggest was 7.3lbs this spring and a handful in the 5.5 to 6.5lb range. The hook is thin diameter and super sharp which is perfect for my finesse light line rod and reel setup I use. These should only be fished on lighter line. I'm able to get great hook penetration unlike other small underspins I've tried. This is the only one I find I don't need to set that hard, it basically sets itself. The paint jobs on these are great too. I've yet to have one chip. If you're not using these, you're missing out.

Catches fish but…This underspin has been my go to bait this year. I’ve caught a lot of fish. 2/3 of my baits broke on the same day. One break was my fault and the other a fluke (pulling through weeds). The hooks, like others have said, are weak. The same goes for the bait keeper. Slightly disappointed considering the new green pumpkin head I maybe casted a handful of times.

Wanted to like it but...Bought one and the hook snapped off within the first 20 minutes of use. Ordered another one and it bent into a pretzel shape, again within 20 minutes. Wasn't expecting heavy duty gauge material by any means but very disappointed.

Best quality in a finesse underspinThese are great underspins for when you need a smaller hook and lighter line. For me, these have phased out my old standby Cool Baits in most applications.
My biggest issues with the prior brands I’ve used are hook quality and blade-to-bait gap. GLF is a brand that really tests and tweaks their stuff. OG runs came with an Owner hook and while it was good, it wasn’t perfect and they upgraded to a better Gami. Other brands are content to use basic Eagle Claw or Mustads. You need a lighter line to get the most amount of flutter and roll on a lighter underspin plus lighter line throws farther to spooky fish. Many of the smaller models from other brands use a hook that’s either too big or too stout….the GLF setup is pretty much the best.
The other strength of the Sneaky Spin is the blade hanger design. It’s low profile enough that it doesn’t stick out against a thinner trailer but far enough off the head that something like a 2.8 Fat isn’t going to be fouling the blade a bunch. It’s gonna spin regardless of what you put on.
The 3/16oz is the deal for 10 feet or less, slow rolling or keeping up high in the column around schoolers. The 5/16oz has become a favorite of mine…not too heavy not too light. Perfect for keeping on the bottom in 15-25 feet on a slow roll or for presenting to suspended fish in that 20-30 range. You can also burn it in 5-10 to fish it like an spinnerbait in clear water.
These aren’t your deal if you want to throw 4” + trailers on your our spin. There’s better options for that, especially if you like using 10-15lb and casting gear. But if you need a small profile…these are the deal.

The Lake Vacuum!Deadly little underspin! We call this "The Lake Vacuum" because it will catch everything that swims. A must-have for finesse anglers. I will pair with a GLF Drop Minnow, but also works great with a small swimbait.

Comments: The hook is trash. Spend your money elsewhere.

Comments: Very disappointed. So much hype for this bait and yet the hook completely bends out straight on a 4lb smallmouth. Drag was set light and I was using a medium action spinning rod. Not cool. Unless youre casting an absolute fairy wand I would not trust this hook.

Comments: I have used a lot of underspins and this one here is hands down the best one - it just catches big fish. Also very durable and comes in a variety of colors and blade options for different conditions. If you are having a tough time getting a bite throw this on the other end of the line and hang on

Comments: By far the best small Underspin on the market! the hook on this guy is perfect for any 2.5-3.5 inch plastic you prefer on an Underspin. I really like pairing this up with their drop minnow, or a 2.8 Swimbait. This bait is great for big smallmouth, but it is deadly in the winter and late fall for largemouth!

Comments: These are lights out! I started using these for smallmouth and the walleye eat them just as well. Up north on Lake Ontario this spring I had a 100+ smallmouth day with my biggest going 6.45lbs. I just cast and straight retrieve. These held up perfectly. I did find I needed to use my light rod and reel setup that I use for hair jigs. The Owner hook is a finer wire hook, so no need for a huge hook set. These are certainly not designed for heavy equipment. The hook basically sets itself when they bite so a gentle sweep when you set the hook is all you need. A quality reel with a good drag helps a lot with using these with a light line and a longer rod.
