Built to increase winding resistance during the retrieve and reduce snags, the Grow Design Works SCP Flag 170 Lip is a retrofittable and detachable part that creates crank-down style swimming action and integrates seamlessly into the Grow Design Works Flag 170 Soft Glide Bait. Simply remove the original hook harness, place the lip through the Flag 170 line tie and around the chin, re-attach the hook harness, and add a snap to the line tie to ensure the lip remains attached to the nose of the swimbait. Including both a hard plastic and soft flexible lip for various applications, the Grow Design Works SCP Flag 170 Lip provides deflections around heavy cover and allows anglers to customize the angle of the bill for waking or sub-surface swimming action.
