Its stout extra wide gap hook is also protected by the precisely positioned dorsal fin, which acts as a weedgaurd yet still allows it to have a exposed top hook for the best of both worlds. Comments: This is a fun soft swimbait to fish ! I like to slow roll and bottom bounce this lure when fish are present in depths of eight feet and deeper. Another tweak that helps catch fish is to add a feathered treble hook with split ring to the belly harness. Swim this when fish are suspended off the bottom, above grass lines, or around hard cover. The hook up rate is incredible, often inhaling all the hooks at once.
