Made with a compact, heavyweight body that imitates tiny baitfish and reaches depth quickly, the Megabass Makippa FFS Tail Spin was developed utilizing input from champion bass angler Brandon Palaniuk and the Megabass US pro staff to be ideal for fishing with forward-facing sonar. The streamlined profile of the Makippa FFS Tail Spin features swiveling hook hangers with a razor-sharp belly treble and rear willow-leaf blade directly connected to a swivel and special assist hook. In addition to the flash, vibration, and fluttering produced by the blade, this unique tail setup helps maximize hookup-to-land ratios from fish that attack the rear of the bait, giving anglers a distinct edge when a short strike occurs.
The top-mounted line tie is perfect for casting or fishing vertically, allowing the Makippa to maintain posture and produce its tantalizing shake and flash at any angle.
