Comments: The best tackle organization and protective equipment you can buy!!! Have you ever opened up your tackle box/bag only to find that your snaps, swivels, hooks, beads and other small terminal gear have escaped into the other areas? All that working organizing a total waste! Has your tackle box/bag come open by accident and out it all comes all over the ground? All that dirt and debris in with your expensive tackle is sure to cause rust now. Well hold your horses Rodger and check the Plano Edge System out!!! The Plano Edge System is by far the best system for keeping everything neat and protected. I purchased 4 3700 and 4 3600 Terminal boxes and about 30 each of the hook containers and weight containers. My gear is perfectly organized, and protected from rust and corrosion, I keep spare terminal and small items in the extra containers, and I can easily move my containers around to the minimum gear needed for the target fish. The Plano Edge gear is a little expensive, but when you factor in the protection and longevity of your expensive terminal gear, the Edge System "WILL" pay for itself. And, my Plano gear is the talk of the town when people see it. I use a main Weekend Guide 3700XL to carry all the gear I may need, and then use a Plano 3600 to bring just what I need at the waters edge.

Comments: If you are a bank or kayak angler these size terminal boxes are great. I take a Tackle Warehouse backpack most days I fish and I primarily fish from the bank. So having my terminal gear secured and not sliding around as my bag bounces on my back is awesome. Will this box work to sort ALL of your terminal gear? Probably not, so make sure you look at the 3700 series. This size is just right for medium sized sling bags or backpacks.

Comments: If you're like me, you're sick of hooks sliding from one compartment to another and having entire compartments of hooks ruined by rust. No worries with this box. It is the obsessive tackle organizer's dream. Only 2 downsides to this box. The price, and the open space in the front of the box. Would be nice if that area at least allowed for multiple dividers since it can't accommodate the cubbies like the rest of the box. You can certainly make it work as I have my weight pegs, swivels, wacky saddles in the corners and my wacky rigger and some other stuff in the middle, but it would be nice to have more customization for a tackle box at this extremely high price point.

Comments: I just moved my terminal tackle from a regular Plano 3600 to the Edge 3600 terminal box. I am impressed with the hinge, latch and material stiffness of the box, but I lost too much space and more importantly, the number of separate spaces. Before, I had more compartments to better segregate items, but now I have multiple items in the same compartment which will make it slower to grab what I need. The reason small items moved around in the old standard box is the soft material which allowed the lid to bow up over time. I would have been better off using a more standard Edge box that combined the better materials (ie. stiffer lid that will stay flat), hinge and latch, but gives the user the entire space to configure compartments. The removable little boxes are of questionable value. I'll keep the box and use it, but I really don't feel the extra cost for the "terminal" box is justified or helpful.

Comments: Size of compartments limits the type and amount of items you can place in them. The benefit is that the items don't mix and it makes you narrow your selection to what you really need.

Comments: 2 large pieces are a waste.anything you would actually put in there will slide because no dividers(probably put in there to make you want to buy the smaller sizes sold separately)also front area has no dividers.

Comments: I had been using a normal 3600 for my terminal, but the hooks would somehow end up in other bins. I finally got fed up enough of reorganizing to buy this box. I should have made the jump sooner! Everything stays in its place and is so easy to get to. Strongly recommend. The only bad thing I've noticed is the latch doesn't always catch on both sides when closing the box. So you have to double check to make sure it closed properly.

Comments: Was using regular 3600 for terminal tackle which is fine but this one is much nicer. Everything has its own spot and it will never open accidentally.

Comments: Great box would be a little better if the individual boxes locked better and there wasn't soo much wasted space in the front of the box.

Comments: I purchased this terminal box for my Tackle Warehouse backpack to keep my terminal tackle and it definitely does the trick. I would definitely buy again.

Comments: Love the design. Great boxes. But if your in a tournament and in a hurry, I can never get it to latch all the way one handed and waist time doing it.

Comments: I purchased both the 3700 and 3600 terminal boxes. I believe Plano hit a grand slam with these. From the clear lid, each holder with its own lid. And interchangeability is important when downsizing for fishing in my buddies boat or the kayak. Super happy with these edge boxes.

Comments: I purchased the 3700 for terminal tackle in my Ranger and the 3690 fir terminal tackle in my kayak. I also got some extra boxes. I can easily move things in and out and from one box to the other depending on what I'll need. I love it.

Comments: Hands down the best terminal box in the game. I wish I would of made the switch when they first came out. Also the other boxes they make are top notch. I know the price is expensive, but they are worth every penny.

Comments: This 3600 container has instantly organized my terminal tackle, because everything is one case! The storage box is so well constructed it's easy to open and the clear container tops make for easy visibility when locating items and it neatly fits into my 3600 Plano carry bag. Hats off to Plano!!

Comments: Great option for those like myself who kayak fish. Small enough to lay under my seat but large enough to my terminal tackle for a day on the water.

Comments: The 3600 size fits my fishing style. As a kayak fisherman room is limited. This allows me to plan ahead, take what I need and keep it dry. It fits perfectly in my crate and won't open accidentally. I love it!

Comments: The whole EDGE series of boxes are fantastic. With the terminal box your small items no longer end in other compartments due to its modular design. The latch is great once you get used to it. It's definitely different from other plano boxes but is really an upgrade overall. The clear lid really helps with identifying what is in the box quickly as well as the labeling system that is on the latch. Overall worth every penny and will be upgrading all my boxes to the edge series.

Comments: This is the best Terminal Box in the game at the present moment. No one else is even close.

Comments: For the price they're just not big enough.
From: Slim: Ripon, CA 2/10/21
Comments: The EDGE 3600 Terminal box does not have dividers, nor can it use those from other EDGE 3600 boxes. The lift-out boxes that it comes with also cannot be used in other EDGE 3600 boxes. That may or may not be a dealbreaker for prospective buyers, but if you're envisioning creating a modular system in coordination with your other EDGE 3600 boxes it may not work like you envision.

Comments: With regard to other models of this brand, I read several complaints about the latch and opening and closing. I bought this 3600 awhile back and initially, I complained about the latch. It's a little different and takes some getting used to. Now, I have ZERO issues with it and love the confidence these boxes give me in storing my baits and tackle. I now have the Terminal Box and the Spinnerbait box. Love 'em both. My only issue with the Terminal box is it does not hold as much as I would like it to. However, that made me eliminate some items that I just don't use. This is a GOOD product and I highly recommend the entire line.
