Comments: I use the 6 10 M for Jerkbaits. Love it. No complaints. I smack the hell out of em with this thing.

From: Matt: PA 5/12/23

Comments: I got the 6-10 M for jerkbaits. It's a little to stiff for my liking. The rod is very nice and light just to stiff of a tip for 3+ smallies on a jerkbait. I'll be using it for other applications.

From: Unknown: 3/27/23

Comments: I have the 6'10 medium and the 7'2 medium heavy. Using the 6'10 for skipping weightless worms and flukes and the 7'2 for Texas rigs. I'm in love with these rods so far. These are the most expensive rods I've owned to date and the lite-ness is amazing, yet they both have plenty of backbone to set the hook. Will be picking up a 7'2 heavy soon for jig fishing, can't wait.

From: Zach: 2/28/23

Comments: I have the 6-10 ML and have used it extensively this spring for 1/8-1/4 underspins and it has been simply awesome. The new construction is strong and light and it is a pleasure to fish with. I plan on picking up a MH next. Highly recommend.

From: Frank: Tennessee 7/20/22

Comments: Great Rod. I have the 6'10" M and have been using it as my jerkbaits rod. I had used the sellus for a while and this new curado is wonderful. It has the softness to be able to cast well and keep fish pinned. But it also has the backbone to jerk/twitch the baits easily and land any large bass. I got the rod late in the season and only caught a few bass. But in the same time I caught a lot of pike. I have not used it for any topwater, but I expect to be able use it next season for that as well.

From: Eric: Minnesota 12/7/21

Comments: This rod feels GREAT. I tested it out the other day and it is very light paired with an SLX. I would recommend this for anyone for a variety of techniques. I picked it up in 7' MH and couldn't be happier so far.

From: Hawk: Pittsburgh, PA 10/20/21

Comments: Solid rods. Picked up the 6'10" ML for topwater lures and a 7' MH for jig/worm duties. Both rods are built with quality components (K-series tangle-free guides, CI4+ reel seat), along with Power-X technology on the blank. The rods give a feel of precise action and excellent sensitivity. Compared to my Shimano Zodias rods, the Curado feels just slightly heavier than the Zodias (due to Zodias' lighter reel seat, higher quality blank and monocoque handle), but still a good deal lighter than the SLX in the same length and stiffness (7' MH). The Curado's action feels on par with the Zodias' and the quality workmanship is what you'd expect from Shimano. These rods looks like they're capable of heavy-duty action...time will tell. All that being said, this not a Zodias. If you're looking for next level stuff and have the means, go with the Zodias, Expride, etc. However, if you're thinking of upgrading from the $100-$130 class rods and are looking for a set of solid, precise, tournament-level sticks to add to your arsenal but don't want to shell out $200+ for a single rod, then the Curados will serve you (more than) just fine.
