Crafted using high-modulus graphite, each Zodias B blank is fortified with Hi-Power X, a reinforcing carbon wrap that increases rigidity while reducing twist for more strength and pinpoint accuracy. Equipped with precise actions and Fuji Alconite guides, Zodias B rods are designed for extreme versatility along with ultra-smooth casts and retrieves.
Built for comfort and increased sensitivity, the high-density EVA main grip is coupled with a Carbon Monocoque butt section that enhances vibration transmission through its hollow, lightweight structure. Taking the ergonomics even higher, the carbon-infused polymer Ci4+ reel seat delivers a potent strength-to-weight ratio capable of withstanding high-torque situations. Complete with a new bait keeper setup and aggressively designed locknut, the Shimano Zodias B Casting Rods come in a large selection of models for a host of reaction and bottom-contact applications.
