Fixed with a custom-made hitchhiker screw to securely lock on your soft plastic worm, the Wacky Shot eliminates the need for any o-rings, tubing, or wacky rigging contraptions, and offers a quick and easy rigging process. With the worm rigged underneath the hook, the Wacky Shot creates an extra hook gap to increase your hookup rate and help you put more fish in the boat. Great design, bad hookI got some of these, great design, great concept, the hooks are very dull and don't stick well, like a gammy or owner, or trokar. They set up great with any stickworm, I bought them for the new que bomb made by geecrack. I like them, but they need to use a new hook on these. If they had a better hook, these would be one of the best set ups for wacky rigging.

Great design - Below average hookWas really excited to try these when they first came out. The design is very innovative. It is fully functional, however I was not impressed with the hook. Felt cheap and too heavy gauged for a wacky rig. If they ever pair this with a quality hook it will be a home run.

Cool design, but needs a quality hookCool design, but the hooks are terrible. Would like to see Core Tackle use a quality hook like Ryugi, Owner, or Hayabusa vs. whatever this is.

Tested and approvedI have no problems with the hooks, all were sharp out of the bag. I was wacky rigging with no weight until a breeze kicked up. Slapped one of these on there and went back to work, catching fish. You might want to try this. Of note though is the bait WILL fly off during the fight most times.

Great1/28 oz is the DEAL! Just enough weight to make casting easier and support rod twitches/movement without the bait going immediately to the surface when pitching it up shallow. The action is a really nice but still slow shimmy on the fall. Plastic stays on the corkscrew keeper for multiple fish. Doubt I ever go back to the o-ring nonsense.
