Comments: The SUF 40C is an incredible BFS rod. I couldn't be happier with them. I have two for my BFS reels. Great performance, and excellent sensitivity and I think they would be hard to rival. I did have a warranty issue which I can say I have never had a more positive experience. I will be a Dobyns angler for life.

Comments: I purchased the 7'3" MH/F rod about a year ago and it quickly became my favorite rod. I love it for throwing weightless flukes, caffeine shads, and senkos but it also does a fantastic job throwing light (1/4-3/8 oz) spinnerbaits as well. It is hands down the most sensitive rod I own and it loads up very well with light baits. I have mine currently paired with a Shimano Curado DC and I plan to purchase several more of these rods for different applications in the future!

Comments: Bought the 6'6" MH to use as a "canoe rod". It is perfect! The action complements single hooks and treble hooks well. I can throw down to 1/4oz t rigs and up to 1/2oz jerkbaits. I float streams and rivers in western PA, so the rod roll casts really well and I can load the rod and toss em out when I need to. It is just a great all around rod if you are looking for one rod to trip with. I plan to use a dobyns fury 6'6" light in the canoe also, this way most techniques can be covered for river smallies. Also, i must add, before purchasing the rod, I reached out to dobyns customer service and Gary responded with help. Customer service is unparalleled. I will now buy dobyns exclusively because of that.

Comments: I own 3 of these rods and plenty more Dobyns from the fury to the Champions. This is an amazing rod for the price. If you're not use to Dobyns then maybe this will help. I use my 733-medium heavy/fast for square bills to lighter shakey heads. My 704-heavy/fast I use for flukes, spinnerbaits, buzz baits. My 735 mag heavy/extra fast is strictly my jig rod for casting jigs, football jigs or pitching in pretty heavy cover. These rods are a definite step up from the fury with just as much sensitivity as the Champion XP series as well as lightness. If you're planning on using connection knots from braid to fluorocarbon then I would suggest the non micro guide version. You can't go wrong with a Dobyns rod and the amazing customer service and warranty.

Comments: Bought the 7' mag heavy for flipping and punching. Out the box I was skeptical because the rod is super light and definitely doesn't feel like a "mag-heavy" but don't be fooled. My first hookset on a bass deep in some bulrush turned me into a believer. Once this rod loads up on a fish, it uncovers a backbone that you would not expect in a rod this light and sensitive.

Comments: Sierra 735 - mag heavy - 7'3 mag heavy/ extra fast tip - my senses have always been known to be sensitive so i never really needed high end gear. But i needed weight reduction, was impressed by the sierra 735 paired with a citica. Very balanced for a flippin rod, lighter and more sensitive than SLX, Curado, bass x, st. Croix elite, fenwick aetos, lews custom speed stick. I used the flippin rod 3 days straight, from 1 1/4oz punch jigs to frogs, deep cranks, 1oz swim baits, and more. If you're like me, who can adapt/adjust to the tools you use, Dobyns is a must buy, you will catch more fish, because your wrist, elbow, shoulders doesn't hurt.

Comments: AWESOME ROD! I've had this rod since Christmas now (it's now late April) and I've caught quite a few bass on it. Got the 7'3 heavy. It's super sensitive and seems durable. It's works AWESOME for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits, and pretty well for jigs. It has a very sensitive tip with enough bend to send lures far, with a strong backbone to set the hook good. Highly recommend this rod.

Comments: I purchased the sierra as my third rod from Dobyns. I have both a 702SF and the 703SF. The quality and action of the rods are great. In each models respective price range they are hard to beat! Even though it's labeled as a 7' 3 power medium, fast action rod because of the tip it feels more like a moderate fast to me. I like this as it makes for a really fun rod and helps keep the fish pegged when fighting. I also bought a 705CB casting rod for crankbaits and can't wait to try it out. Dobyns makes a very good rod and I will be buying more.

Comments: Ordered the 7' heavy felt like a dead weight in my hand it just didn't feel like a casting rod. Feels like a heavy stick sent it back now for the good part tw gave me a 100% refund no questions asked these people are the absolute best to deal with hands down

Comments: I just received the 7'3 med heavy rod. Very sensitive and comparable to a medium. Absolutely best rod I own. I will be buying another. Feels great with 5 or 6xd crank baits plus sensitive enough to fish a senko.
