Featuring Linear S-glass rod blanks sealed with St. Croix's fortified resin system (FRS), each blank is handcrafted with integrated poly-curve (IPC) technology to eliminate transition points for smoother actions, increased strength, and greater sensitivity.
The traditional multi-material handle design amplifies vibrations and deflections with premium split grip EVA foam and nylon reel seats trimmed with cork rubber to secure a comfortable grip for long sessions on the water. Combining St. Croix rod-building technologies with a premium Linear S-glass rod blank, the St. Croix Black Bass Glass Casting Rods are finished with stainless-steel guide frames and aluminum-oxide inserts to greatly increase casting distance.
