Comments: Unbelievable Rod. Expensive yes, but if you have the money and want it all this is the rod for you. I don't own any NRX but do have a couple adrenas. The sensitivity on this blows the adrenas away. Also with St Croix the warranty is the absolute best. Haven't needed the warranty but if you break a $600+ rod it's nice when the company stands behind their product, with no questions or difficulties. St Croix IMO makes the absolute best fishing rods.

From: Eric: Ballwin: Missouri 7/4/22

Comments: I have the 7ft mhf casting rod. My first impression was the rod was a little heavier than I expected and more particularly felt tip heavy. I had it paired with a Shimano Chronarch MGL and I just didn't like the balance of the combo. The rod itself however is super sensitive, has a soft tip with good back bone and has the absolute best line guides (AGS) of any rod ever produced. Also I personally love the bulbous handle, which to me feels different, but is super comfortable. I really like the SK2 reel seat as well. The rod looks beautiful and is aesthetically very pleasing. What I do not like is the price. This rod is expensive and the fact that it is tip heavy. To combat the tip heaviness of the rod and get it to be more balanced, I switched reels to a heavier reel, and now have it paired with a Lew's super duty wide. With that heavier reel it feels like it's perfectly balanced and no longer feels tip heavy, although it does add some over weight to the combo. This rod is made in AMERICA and comes with a 15 year warranty as well. When this rod is paired with the right reel it's is amazing. I Love this rod!

Comments: I suffer from neurological issues that continue to reduce my bass fishing abilities. While I will not discuss these rods price. Legend Extreme are without any doubt the most sensitive on the market. They also possess the backbone to maneuver bass into your livewell. If you want the best? Here it is! Both casting and spinning.

From: Howie 3/30/21

Comments: I own 3 casting and 1 spinning and they are the best rods I've ever handled. Balance, ultra sensitive, ultra strength, super smooth guides and the real seat love it now the handle built from the carbon blank up for a lot more sensitivity and a filler peice under the reel helps with it. Rain drop tack spray does help. Highly recommend this rod.

Comments:
Crazy sensitive! Fishing deep wood you can feel everything. Bad thing, I end up setting the hook on a lot of ghost fish as well. Balance is spot on. Got wrapped into the other forums with others talking about the weight before they even had a chance to fish one. Saving my money to buy more!
