Overview
A high-performance eight strand braid, the Sunline Siglon PE AMZ Braided Line features a special braiding process that increases performance over the lifespan of the line. Using Performance Sustainable Processing (PSP), the Sunline Siglon PE AMZ Braided Line maintains initial smoothness and durability, which significantly prolongs the initial performance and increases the lifespan of the line. By preventing fraying and maintaining the initial slickness, casting distance and feel remain the same for much longer than any other braid on the market. Offered in a high-vis orange color, the Sunline Siglon PE AMZ Braided Line Orange is perfect for finesse applications and spinning reels where a high-vis line is a must.

Durability issuesI really wanted to like this line. Tried the 12lb, 16lb, and 18lb. Line would be great for about a month. Thats when it would start breaking while tying knots, casting, or your leader knot would slip through the braid. Put a fresh spool on and the same thing happened a month later. I would not recommend this line unless you like respooling multiple times a season. Happened on multiple reels as well
Dang goodI’ve been hestitant to post this because I want it all for myself. I’ve been using this for a couple years and it’s incredible. Smoother than sx1 but just a supple. Knots hold well (Alberto is great, be careful with FG and cinch it good). What completely convinced me was hooking a 7 on the tidal James River that wrapped me up in a barnacle covered laydown. I held the line and pulled her out on 12lb. Stuff is legit, just tie good knots.
