Comments: One of the best frog rods I have ever used. Hard to believe it is as strong as it is when it's this light. I fished several 3 day tournaments this year where I never put the frog down. Throwing walking, popping, and horny toad type baits and the rod handled them all wonderfully. One of the places this rod separated itself from others I have used is the strength throughout the blank. I stuck several fish over those days deep in the pads and was able to crank them out or keep pressure on them to get the boat to them. I will admit the grips take a little time to get used to but once you use them for a bit and get used to them they are 100x better than anything I have used. If you're looking for a super light, ultra strong rod for throwing frogs in the junk this is it. Bonus that it is made 100% right here in the USA.

Comments: One of the best frog rods I own. It feels balanced in the hand, has enough backbone to get the fish out of the pads / thick grass. Lightweight and it is the perfect length at 7'4". Will be buying another one!

Comments: Rod is unbalanced in the hand and handle is too short. Kevlar grip is uncomfortable and chaffs the inner arm. High price doesn't reflect the ergonomics. I tried to fish this as a frog rod but it was just so unbalanced that it easily tires you out. Fished it hard for several days and the more I used it the more I disliked. Really tried to like this rod and in the end I just put it in the corner.

Comments: Quality is excellent, it is very light and sensitive for how powerful it is, my only problem is how stiff the tip is. It works well for pitching and casting heavy frogs across thick mats but most of the time I use a rod with a lighter tip for my frog fishing.

Comments: This frog rod is legit!!! Perfect blend of tip action and power for walking frogs and pulling them out of heavy cover. Heavy mats or sparse vegetation this rod gets it done! It's balanced right, the length is perfect, and it's very light for so much power! And to make things even better it's 100% American made down to the guides and reel seat! Oh and a lifetime warranty program! Doesn't get any better than that!!!
