Comments: This is my second 7' 10" Medium crainking rod. Works great for small crainkbaits, jerkbaits, rippin raps, and soft plastics. My go to rod for a lot of situations. I love the length, parabolic action, and great tip area. I would prefer having eva foam on the handle instead of cork but it's not a deal breaker and still quite comfortable. Rods are not cheap but you won't be disappointed purchasing one. Now i wait until i get the next one.

Comments: Great rods. This is my first Okuma rod I bought the 7'6 Medium Guide Select. I am using it for lipless crankbaits. I wish I would have gotten the MH for fishing traps but I just use it for my open water rod for traps and use straight braid to help with the flex and change the hooks on the traps and it works like a champ. The rod has a great action and keeps fish pinned really well and gets into the backbone when you load it. The rod has really nice cork and a great finish it's a beautiful rod and very well made. I definitely recommend this rod I just wish I would have gone with the MH for traps fished over hydrilla

Comments: Awesome rod that balances weight, sensitivity, flex, and aesthetics quite well. The finishing touches like the ergonomics and reel seat are incredible as well. I've never had an Okuma rod before but this one has made me commit to getting a Psycho Stick.

Comments: This rod paired with a KVD Lews bait caster casts easily. Rod loads nicely on the cast and will toss crank baits no problem. The moderate fast action feels a bit stiff but keeps fish pinned.

Comments: I bought the 7'10" medium crainking model. It works great for the smaller Rapala BX Brats,Megabass 110 and 110 JR's, as well as size 10 X-Rap Twitchin Minnows. That's all I've used with it so far. I mostly use it with the BX Brats. Using 12 lb suffix they cast a mile. I can definitely see having a few more of this exact same rod soon.

Comments: I bought the 7'11" for 6XD's and I'll agree with RC that model is to heavy and probably better served for bigger cranks that I don't throw. I think I'll use the rod for A-Rigs. I will say the craftsmanship is outstanding.

Comments: I'm actually using this rod for small treble hook glide baits and wake baits like the second-waver 168 and shellcracker g2. Casts these baits very well. Great components and finish in the rod.

Comments: Great workmanship for the price, good with 8XD but too stiff for 6XD. I recommend the 7'10" Med FG for casting 6XD, DD22, or the 6 Sense 15.

Comments: Super light and comfortable to grip, has good parabolic bend to keep fish from getting unbuttoned there aren't may 100% graphite cranking rods on the market. In my opinion this rod and the Dobyns Champion crankbait series are the the best graphite crankbait rods around. When comparing the rods side by side. I give the edge to Dobyns, but this rod is no slouch when it comes to crank bait fishing.
