Comments: Rod is very light and strong. 1 major problem. The Winn grips would be great if you ever got to use them. The reel seat screw's from the bottom instead of the top like most rods. This means that if you hold the rod properly your hand will never touch the grips. Instead you will be holding the screw rings for the reel seat. This left the pad of my hand sore after a day of fishing. Whoever designed that aspect of the rod obviously doesn't know how to properly hold a spinning rod. I will continue to use it since I paid so much for it and hopefully get used to it, but I will not be buying more.

Comments: Purchased the 7' ml fast for finesse applications. Initial impressions were: high quality fit and finish. Cool metallic flake dark purple blank offset by purple winn grips. Paired with a lews classic speed spool the tip is a bit heavy. But when i hold the rod above the reel set, which is more comfortable with this rod, it balances perfect. After 3 months of use i can say this rod is well built as far as durability. At first it seemed a bit fragile, but im not used to whippy finesse rods. Now im confident snap casting small weights. Also very sensitive and the fast tip keeps the fish glued. Nice rod but for the money idk if id buy another. Theres a lot of really nice options in the $150 range

Comments: Solid kayak rod. Very well balance. Light weight for casting all day. Unlike the mojo bass this has a shorter handle. Not much to say. It's like proven mojo bass rod but for kayak anglers.

Comments: My new favorite Kayak fishing rod! I absolutely love this rod starting with its beautiful finish and top notch components. The rod is extremely light and has a nice sensitivity to it. The Winn grip handles are very nice and grippy and I prefer those over cork and other materials. I was skeptical about the shortened butt/handle but it actually performs well with less interference. Highly recommend.
