AGS Air Guide System uses a carbon frame that is three times as rigid as titanium and has a high sensitivity by transmitting through the line to the blank without absorbing it. Also, the light weight of the carbon material contributes to the weight reduction of the entire rod and the weight reduction of the tip section in particular is designed to have an additional improved sensitivity.

SVF Compile-X Nano Plus a super muscular blank made of densely packed graphite fibers and a significantly reduced amount of resin that increases lightness and power for a lighter and thinner rod with the same amount of power as a heavier rod.

CWS Carbon Wrapping System is Daiwa’s unique technology that uses a carbon cloth to secure guides and reel seats to the blank, the tightly woven carbon cloth makes a lighter construction compared to traditional thread material and also contributes to the higher torsional rigidity of guide attachment parts and improves crack resistance.

The X45 Full Shield structure tightens the outermost layer of the blank with a 45-degree carbon bias cross from the tip where twisting is most likely to occur, and it prevents twisting during casting, action, hooking and fighting fish, this dramatically improves torsional rigidity and allows for greater cast accuracy to bring out the best performance of the rod.

Mega Top is a carbon solid tip with evenly distributed fibers and resin to bend the same way in any direction. Features dramatically improved strength compared to regular carbon solids to make it a thin, flexible and high-taper tip with excellent visual and physical sensitivity that resonates in your hand.
